One of the best customer service and quality I ever had! Superb quick process 15 minutes and car was mine and also gets service and gearbox oil change free of charge! Very recommended and one of very small group NI car sales approved. Car like new ! Happy for doing business with you !

I had a great experience the first day that I arrived at this car sales establishment. Phil and Michael made me feel very welcome even before I had decided to show any interest in any particular vehicle. I had my eye on a little Porsche Boxster so took a test drive and I was smitten almost immediately. I put a deposit on the car then I spoke to the guys and asked the if they would store it for me until I was able to pay balance, that was not a problem for them and they accommodated my request. We remained in contact throughout for updates etc. So to the day I collected the car and it was a rainy day. My wife and I were greeted by the guys who already had a brolly over our heads once we stepped out of our own vehicle. Michael showed me around the car and was very helpful with any questions that I may have had. So off I went happy as Larry as they say. Since then I have been a bit of a pest to the guys I’m sure with questions via email about this and about that but give them their dues they always were very helpful and put up with my questions and answered every one and guided me the right way always. The car is a little gem and I love it. I would say that Lakeside Motors are extremely reputable and I would easily go again when I’m looking something new. Great garage to deal with. As I was driving from the south and had quite a long drive I wanted to be sure that the car I was buying was as advertised. Stuart at lakeside was a pleasure to deal with, took a holding deposit over the phone ensuring that my long drive wasn’t wasted. 10 Years of Great Service - 5 Stars Not Enough!! The first car I bought from Philip and Michael was around 2007 (VW Polo) and since then I've bought 3 more cars (2 TT's and an A4). I have been delighted with every one of these purchases. In my experience, the stress and uncertainty of buying used can take away some of the happiness of getting a shiny new car. When I find someone I feel I can trust then I try to stay with that person, the peace of mind makes all the difference to me. In the last 10 years I have had many dealings with Lakeside Autos and have always found them to be trustworthy, reliable and having a high degree of integrity that is far above many I have dealt with in the past. Whenever I look at their website, thinking about buying a new car :) , they always have a great range available at good prices. Honestly, now I'm happier to wait until they have the type of car I'm after, rather than chance going some place new. I recommend Lakeside to my family and friends, which I wouldn't do unless I was very very confident. Go for it and you won't regret it either!
