Fantastic customer service. I brought my car in for its first service last week and was told that there might be an issue with it and they had to hold on to it to carry out a further investigation. Initially I was quite annoyed about this but I was offered a courtesy car immediately. I had to decline it because it didn’t have an automatic gearbox like my own car. Instead they covered the cost of a taxi home and arranged for a courtesy car with an automatic gearbox to be delivered to my home the next day. My car was inspected by a senior technician a couple of days later and he gave it a clean bill of health. There was a complete misunderstanding because what the service advisor told me what might be wrong with my car turned out to be misleading information. I was compensated for all the inconvenience by having the cost of the service free of charge and was also given a free Mercedes-Benz umbrella and a free fuel top up. My car was delivered home to me by Alan who is a really nice guy and he took the courtesy car away. I would like to thank everyone who was of help to me. I would definitely buy another Mercedes-Benz because the customer service is outstanding.

I have bought two cars here and dealt with staff many times. I have always had the high quality service you would expect from a luxury brand. The staff have always been knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently I dealt with lance in service. I phoned and made my appointments with ease, he helped with my concerns about getting to and from the showroom and kept me informed at all times through the process allowing me time to make decisions. I had thought the fantastic, sensitive and high class approach the sales team had taken when I bought the car was an exception but it appears to be the rule.

It was amazing from start to finish .... i drove up from Dublin and i was just impresed with costumer service reception and Peter guy that look after my service . Arrived there we got coffee and Peter took my car and detail cery quickly then a lift to Victoria Square was organised for us where we had a good day out and we found by city hall a food market . Few hours later i received a call from Peter that the car was ready and the driver is on the way to puck us up .
