Very professional, initially planned to check out several car dealers but was delighted with the car and deal I got. JP the sales guy was very knowledgeable, professional, no pushy over sell and I would highly recommend. Collected car today and it was cleaned, polished to the highest standard with wee extras like new mats etc.

We used Rentacar for our holiday and were so impressed with the service. Nick made it easy and straightforward for us. The car was waiting for us when we arrived and then when I wanted to add my brother onto the insurance it was done quickly and efficiently. Dropping the car off was equally straightforward and painless and the car was in great condition. I highly recommend !!

We went for the VWFS Rent-a-car. We did not have to wait for long. Unlike an airport boot we could wait comfortably. The car was nice, clean, well equipped and they made sure we understood well how the main features in the car work. He also took pictures with us before we took the car, which is a good way to prevent ugly surprises. Really good experience. Completely recommended.

Even though I told the sales person I was only tyre kicking, he still took the time out to explain each level of car and that I was able to stick with my current VW finance. He was only a young pup but he certainly knows how to make his customers feel relaxed and not pressured. I will be back.

I was just abit surprised at the cost of replacing one windscreen wiper £33! I could have replaced it myself for a fraction of that price. Lesson learned, that won't happen again.

I have just taken ownership of a Skoda Superb Sportline on a PCP plan. From first day of visiting Mervyn Stewart (Belfast) showroom I can only say that the customer service from all staff is nothing but fabulous. It's relaxed but totally professional. Always a welcoming smile from reception staff and sales personnel. I myself had dealings with Alan Wright mostly but also met Richard and Neil. To say I had 5 star treatment is an understatement. I fully recommend to all and they will have my business in years to come as the product sells itself.

Decided to buy a Skoda for the first time so started off at another Skoda dealer, supposedly very good but they just didnt do it for me in terms of price, flexibility or generally making the purchase of a £32,000+ car an enjoyable experience. When I realised we were eligible for discounts that we hadnt been told about we decided to try elsewhere - Mervyn Stewart for one and that is where we stopped. My first question was about discounts and their first response was reasonable, fair and completely upfront, so we continued with the process and were delighted with the whole process/experience. In the end, realising we had to wait for the car in which we were first interested, and unless we waited for 6 months (it was a new model) would have to take a demonstrator at the point that it became aailable for sale, so we changed our minds, asked if they could source the same spec in a the larger model. Within an hour they came back to us with the full spec, price, extras and a very reasonable delivery date, so without seeing it we ordered, it arrived and we couldnt be more pleased, ending up with a £38,000 car that very much meets our needs and expectations. The salesman Gary was great, the sales manager supportively (and quietly,) in the background, admin people when I phoned quickly recognised us and cheerily directed us to whoever we needed and the service people so far have been just as helpful. Since we bought we have heard many similar tales from other Skoda owners who ended up at Mervyn Stewart. I am delighted with the quality of the car (an SUV), its finish and detail far better than many higher marque cars, its a dream to drive, is full of useful safety features and I definitely think I will buy Skoda again when the time comes, and this time my first port of call will be Mervyn Stewart
