I had always bought my cats from a delightful and courteous friendly and extremely helpful young girl called Gabrielle. I never had a bother and nothing was a problem. When I collected my cars I always got flowers and the car was immaculate. I wouldn’t go anywhere else EVER

SERE Belfast were great because they collected, serviced and cleaned and washed my car at the annual service. The only negative is (and I will put Covid 19 down as the reason) was I had a fault, and when I brought the vehicle to be checked, the staff at the time were not as friendly as I thought they could have been. Update 1/6/22. Service dept were a lot more pleasant and efficient today, still great service, washed and vacuum done. Great all round.

Because SERE were the franchise holders of a vehicle we were interested in, the MG HS and our Motability vehicle was coming to the end of its contract we wished to test drive it and had nothing but praise for their Motability specialist who made every effort to ensure we were comfortable with the process from start to finish as THIS was the vehicle we eventually chose (although upgraded to the HS Exclusive as it had features conducive to my specific needs.) We also needed adaptations to be made and again the assistance received from start to finish could not be faulted and as a further testimonial and so long as the vehicle desired fitted the customers needs I could do nothing but highly recommended this dealership to any Motability client. It is fair to say however that I am unable to comment on general sales representatives where a private purchase is a client's goal, but for our own needs SERE Belfast we're faultless.

Made first enquiry about car on Friday morning, did the deal and transferred money same day. Delivery to central Scotland was on the Monday evening despite Tuesday being the best they thought could be managed. Dealt with Darren who was friendly, helpful and efficient. Car was just as described on arrival so all round a very happy customer!

As a customer, I expect to be served as if I am ignorant simple person that is going to get a good explanation of the type of service that I'm going to get. Well, not the case here. Even though they are very polite and you can get a professional answer, you have to ask all the questions yourself, because they assume you don't need or want to know, they just tell you to sign here, paying cash or card and here are the keys. This was my experience when I went for a 5 year car service and courtesy car request, so co-vid or not, I think they keep their talking to the customer to the minimum.

I could spend a day writing about the excellent service I received but will keep it short. I went to have a look round the cars, I spotted a Jag in the corner and then Joe walked over to see if he could help me. Within 30 minutes I had bought it. Joe's level of service went well beyond anything I have had from any sales staff in a dealer before. I have bought waayyyy too many vehicles and this has surprisingly been the best experienc. No false promises, no fake smiles and pleasentries. Joe had a genuine interest in what I was after and his attitude was outstanding. Even after purchasing the car he called me to make sure I was happy. 3 weeks after buying it I popped in and he remembered everything about my family and the car. This is what sales should be like. Since then my father has been in and bought a new Outlander as well. I will also be back soon to change over the wife's car. Thanks Joe. UPDATE:- Car still going strong. Joe rang 6 months after purchasing just to make sure everything was going well and that I was happy.

SERE Belfast were really helpful. I got my car door and mirror fixed by Sere Bodytech (Carrick) . 5/6 times I've had the car back and still not rite. Rang me cars fixed I get in try putting the window up and shuttering so straight back into reception. Now that happened near every time after they said it was fixed. While leaving my car in for a service I told them the issues. They haven't picked up on them so guess back I go. Now I've to pay for a courtesy car for £18 ontop of the original money I've spent on the repairs. ( Sere Bodytech Carrick ) I would stay away from and I'm just hoping Boucher can save the day.. TBC..
