I was looking for a new car, planning to upgrade to a Premium brand for the first time. This was quite nerve racking as I had never spent this kind of money on a car before, and from previous experiences elsewhere, I was sceptical as to how the process was going to go. Rest assured, I should never have had these nerves when buying from Trust Ford on the Newtownards Road in Belfast. From the enquiry stage to the handover, Stephen Anderson was first class, absolutely superb, couldn’t fault a single step in the process. He maintained constant quick communication, whether it be through email, phone or in person. He sent a personalised video of the car i was interested in, he arranged a test drive at short notice, was extremely welcoming and provided constant reassurances with additional extras i had gone for with the car, and was simply excellent in sorting everything in such a short turnaround time. A further special mention to Stephen Lowe from the Finance aspect also. Stephen took the time to listen to my side of things and was fantastic and appreciative of my previous experiences. Stephen got Finance quotes for me extremely efficiently and provided great detail in the finance available, and also provided good recommendations on the extras available too without pressuring me into purchasing them. I appreciated this approach from Stephen, and made the fantastic experience, even better. Rest assured, both were exceptional from start to finish and definitely will be back for my next car, when the time comes.

You can't fault their customer service team! 10/10 From the lady who parked the car for me when I had a panic attack (bin lorry nearly drove over me as I lifted the baby out of the back seat), to the three counter staff who offered help on arranging hire car, offered coffee, and were generally very friendly. If they actually do replace the engine free of charge as promised, I'll be absolutely dedicated to these guys for life!

Bought a three Yr old car only to find problems which hadn't been declared. Thankfully after a bit of tooing and froing the management rectified the situation I was however inconvenienced some what but problem by the lack of a courtesy car thankfully the problem was resolved. again thanks to management. Some of the sales team could do with an attitude lesson.. Overall not bad.

Bought a car from this dealership and the staff we're the friendliest I've ever meet , especially the young guy who's name i forget who did as much as he could to find me a certain car that i was after on a Saturday morning when the salesman i was dealing with was off. Was eventually taken care of by Frank, so if you want a genuine no pressure viewing i really would recommend this branch.

The overall experience was lower than I expected. Firstly they thought an Essential service was sufficient enough to support their warranty. When I checked the internet the car requires a routine service carried out. Numerous faults were found and priced at £1289 in total. Some are required but most not. An example is Front discs near wear limit and pads down to 6mm to supply and replace almost £350. You can purchase SBS discs and pads for £79. Also when I acquired the car 7 months ago I fitted brand new batteries to key fobs they said it needs replacing cost £9.99 I bought 2 for £2.99. They certainly are trying to claw back their losses from covid. Only my warranty needs support I wouldn't be anywhere near them in fact I don't think I need to.

My son and I went to Trust Ford Newtownards Road to look at upgrading his car. I had spoken to two other Ford dealers in England and both showed no interest in selling us a car. Stephen Anderson our sales man was superb, very friendly, very enthusiatic but not pushy. Within 30 mins Stephen had found us the car we wanted and agreed a great deal, this is the way buying a car should be. Great experience all round at Trust Ford and especially from Stephen. Highly recommended.

Left my car up for a service at the time specified, nowhere to park, mechanic told me to "park it up at the top". When I did so a car salesman was quite rude, telling me to move it. I explained the was no where to move it to. After more "discussion" he opened the door to the showroom and told the receptionist in Service Dept to get someone to move my car. A much more pleasant young man came out took my keys and moved the car. I understand he needed to get cars out for customers but his manner left much to be desired

Now that I know when you think you are phoning a particular branch but you are really phoning a call centre that handles all calls for all Trust Ford centres.....it makes that first call a bit simpler. I told the customer service guy i would be back to collect my vehicle at 4 - 4.30. I eventually got away at approx 6 after being texted and rang by one staff member while i was sitting in the waiting area. Not a great experience today and not cheap either at over £200 for a 30k / 2 year service.
