Very relaxed staff. Seems like family business. Been waiting for my car 22day to be delivered. Got another car all in birds fault. Tried to wash it but marks still on a car. Bought nice and clean and now seems need to respray... From a side looks like they have no managers on site. No rules. All is relaxed and what they want but not what they suppose to do.

This is the best BcA branch, very clean and organized. Cars tend to go much cheaper than London prices so its well worth the travel. Bought a few from this branch and everything went well. Only reason I knocked of a star is because the key collection point lost the spare key for the car and I had to wait some time till they did eventually find it!
