Dynasty Partners take the hassle out of finding a new-vehicle, be it brand new or used, a pokey M-Car or a trusty van. Friendly, personable and completely un-robotic in their approach to customer communication and experience, whilst maintaining professionalism throughout. Our relationship kick started back in 2018 when Harrison found me a deal on an M2 Competition that I couldn’t refuse, and was the best offer on the market - At the time I had recently gone self employed and was worried about the finance application process, but the team walked me through what was needed and got me my approval, they also put me in contact with their insurance partners who have remained my insurance provider for four years now! Since then we’ve had a variety of cars from the Dynasty Team, from 2x Ford Transit Couriers, a BMW 1 series, right through to a Range Rover Velar! Which is what makes them great, the team really do cater for all needs and price points and are happy to help with whatever. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work!!

Within hours they had replied to me, and helped me book test drives. They weren’t pushy in the slightest, and had a very different approach to others I had contacted. Firstly, I would like to state that I don’t give out positive reviews easily as I do look for products and services that are EXCEPTIONAL before I decide whether to share my experience. I had been looking to replace my 4x4 for a while but with being busy, coupled with the fact that I am very careful when it comes to a major purchase like a car, I had struggled to come to a decision. I had been in touch with a number of different dealers but nothing had prompted me to make a decision. Then I came across Dynasty Partners. I dealt with Jake and Harrison, who were initially polite, knowledgable and very helpful. I was impressed and decided to continue communication with them. Being a company director, I am always under enormous time pressure, but I found that these two refined gentlemen were very proactive and were demonstrating consistent professionalism. I love cars and have a decent understanding, but Dynasty made things very clear in terms of the market and what’s available in terms of models and specifications. They were operating with precision and efficiency and other prominent car dealers, who were also staying in touch with me, were really struggling to keep up with them. In fact, Dynasty were miles ahead of their competitors in this instance, some of which had been recommended to me. Dynasty finally found the ideal car that would suit my needs and budget and I would have been happy to pay them a bit more than any of their competitors as they deserved the business. To my astonishment, they managed to get a higher level of specifications on the car than what we had agreed and then the “cherry on top of the cake”, the final price ended up significantly lower than any other quote. In a nutshell, Dynasty outclassed all competitors on knowledge and service, they overdelivered and were the most competitive price wise. So, from a purely business perspective, they made the decision easy. The car market is vast and can be a minefield. There are an endless number of knowledgeable dealers and then you come across serious industry experts who stand out and Dynasty fall into the latter. Jake and Harrison have a major passion for cars and they have deep roots within the industry that gives them unsurpassable reach. They are highly proactive towards the client and make the process so much easier than what it could be. Their communication with the client throughout the process from start to finish is beyond remarkable, they always seemed a step ahead. Anyone looking for any advice on a car, I wholeheartedly advise you to contact Dynasty for a unique personalised service. No job will be too big or small for them and I’m confident that you will experience the same level of EXCELLENCE that came my way. Dynasty have gained me as a client for life.
