I have recently just bought an Audi TT , and I couldn’t be more happier thank you ever so much to the guys from here. After purchasing the car we realised that the wheels wasn’t balanced and needed to be fixed I found them up to explain they said please let us know the bill as we will send you the money for this I couldn’t be more happy for the service they were very genuine polite very honest. A quick note- this is the first time I have been so impressed by a service I have taken the time to leave a lengthy and accurate review. Only positive things to say about Tariq and imperial car specialists. I purchased an Audi S3, which was in fantastic condition for its age and the whole experience was professional, experienced and unparalleled. Not much to say about the car itself as it is in excellent condition regardless of its age, no unwanted surprises. The car actually looked in better condition when I viewed it than it did on the photos. There is plenty to talk about with the service on the other hand. When I arrived to view the car Tariq was welcoming and friendly, he left me and my friend to walk around the car and do the usual checks etc. Unbothered. Any questions we had Tariq was more than happy to answer and was completely honest and upfront about. The common and some uncommon possible issues with the S3s were mentioned by Tariq and he took the time to explain what these issues could cause how they are prevented etc. From my experience Tariq seems to be rather knowledgable with Audi. I went away to decide if I was going to purchase the car. During the next few days any questions I had for Tariq regarding the car , how the finance works and the details of the warranty (just questions I was asking) he was quick to reply and happy to help. As you can tell by me leaving this review i a few days later decided to buy the car . I was that confident in the first service I received and the condition of the car I arranged to purchase the car without another viewing and collected a couple days later. The reason I mention this is because during this time Tariq took it upon himself to (as you would hope for from any dealer) check the car over a final time, when he did this he felt as though the 2 back tyres could do with replacing ( which personally I did not feel needed to be done when I first viewed the car as they were in good nick) and he also replaced 2 brake callipers. All this was done after we had agreed a price and he knew he had already got the sale. All in all if this review does not outline the excellent service provided here then I have failed miserably. If you have made it to the bottom I would also like to mention that I had no faith at all when buying a car from Birmingham , if anything I was actually reluctant to even use my time going to view a car their, but I the service here and the quality of cars are absolutely above and beyond any other dealership in Birmingham.
