It’s really nice experience to order from Lexus Birmingham. Jay has been professional and supportive from first conversation to the final hand over. He had kept us informed during the whole delivery process and I especially love the hand over gift that is still flowering in my kitchen. The car is also great and arrived earlier than expected - one month earlier than the original due date which is amazing under the current semiconductor crisis for ordering new car. Highly recommend Lexus and the Birmingham brand.

James was great!! I recently purchased a UX from Lexus Birmingham and my experience was fantastic thanks to James, a member of the sales team, who I was solely in contact with throughout the sale. It was my first time buying a car for myself and from the get go, he made me feel comfortable rather than feeling pressure to buy. I was well informed and all my queries were answered clearly. He also managed to find the specification of car that I wanted and within my budget. When my car arrived, it wasn't in the condition I expected but he arranged for it to be sorted and within a week I got the car that I wanted and with my private plate registered to it. Overall I was provided with fantastic customer service. I will definitely be considering Lexus again in the future, thanks to this experience.

Great experience ordering my new car from Lexus Birmingham. Tom has been friendly, professional and helpful from the first call to collection. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, which was welcome as I ordered the car ‘remotely’ - I live 100+ miles from the dealership. My new UX is superb and was available within a month of ordering - much earlier than expected. I thoroughly recommend buying a car from Lexus Birmingham, especially the Sales Executive, Jay Abbotts. I am delighted with my new car and although I had to wait a few months for delivery, Jay kept me informed throughout and I was pleased with the fair part-exchange deal I was offered. The handover of my new car was made to be a special experience with a lovely bouquet of flowers and Jay took the time to show me where all the controls were. I've just had an amazing experience with Lexus Birmingham that thought I should share. I was a little apprehensive going in, I've been searching for the right ES for a while and there has always been something I've had to compromise on. The car I went to look at was the closest I had found, but Jonathan Major, who I think is the manager (if he's not he should be), looked after me and he managed to get me exactly what I wanted in a brand new ES and for only a smidge more than the year old one I had come to look at, in fact the monthly payments worked out to be better! I'm over the moon with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this branch and in particular Jonathan Major

Purchased a used Lexus NX300H (2018) from Lexus Birmingham. Didar was the sales rep who looked after me and was really accomodating and treated you like valued customer. Lexus honoured requests that I made both to the car and in terms of the agreement and that is why i can definitely say they went above and beyond. It was my first time buying a Lexus. From the start to finish I did not encounter an issue or negative experience at all and I would highly recommend Lexus Birmingham. I had initially thought on going for a BMW, Mercedes or Audi (typical i know) but the used car i got has not had a single issue, the ride comfort is unbelievable, my friends who own these German cars were so shocked and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the car. I must also say you don’t get treated this well by these german dealerships they don't care about you as a customer. I will definitely be returning to Lexus Birmingham for the New Lexus NX when my current agreement ends!

From the greeting received from Julia on reception to the attentiveness from Abdul & Hussun, who are both so knowledgable and passionate about the brand, it's little wonder after just one visit we ordered a new ES. An ES was provided for a no rush, no pressure test drive, which is a bit cheeky because once you've experienced the comfort you are unlikely to choose another brand! Just a shame Hussun is a Man Utd fan, but we all have our crossses to bear! :-) Highly recommended dealship.

Jay Abbotts was extremely professional and helpful from the first moment we met him. We wanted a 2-3 year-old RC, white with red seats! Jay stayed in touch over 3 months until the ideal car arrived. He spent loads of time with us to make sure that we were happy with everything. Not everything went completely smoothly - there was a error on the paperwork, that affected the insurance, but Jay resolved that - and the car alarm went off a few times, a difficult intermittent fault to sort out - however, with Jay's help, and the excellent service team, that was finally sorted. Anyone can give good customer service when nothing goes wrong - it is when there is an issue that an organisation's true customer service credentials are revealed. I had a brilliant experience buying a pre-owned car from Lexus Birmingham. I was treated with genuine warmth from the moment I stepped into the showroom. I was treated as a person and not as a wallet, which is very different to my experience with other dealerships. When I negotiated the price, the team didn't "hard-ball" me, i.e. deal aggressively on price. They were more concerned about treating me with respect. They also threw in a load of extras for me for free, which I didn't expect. It's clear to me that Lexus is in it for the long-haul. They build relationships with customers to create brand loyalty, and you become part of the Lexus family. This is Japanese commercial philosophy, and I have to say it's a welcome relief from the German car manufacturers who I've dealt with for a long time. Lastly, I want to commend Talha Ahmed for a job very well done. Talha is a great representative for the Lexus brand, and it was a pleasure dealing with him. A recent negative experience with a BMW dealership left me decided to never buy another BMW, So, I decided on a Lexus. The level of customer service I received from this place was and continues to be outstanding. The car I wanted was obtained quickly and looked superb. I was provided with an office to work in whilst I waited for the car preparation to finish. I had a phone, Wi-Fi and a large desk in a private modern office. The Manager Abdul and my sales professional Hussun were exemplary. Hussun guided me through the paperwork that had to be done at a distance but everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble to go over. Purchased a used BMW 520D M-Sport from the Lexus Dealers in Birmingham - Took a chance with an on spec visit and was offered a test drive with the young lady sales assistant... very polite and friendly, answered all questions on the first visit and communicated both by email and by phone. She didn't pester us into a decision and contacted us later in the week to discuss. The vehicle was out of our price range and I asked to be kept informed if the price moved. Sure enough, on the weekend we were contacted with a revised price which we accepted. We have taken ownership of the vehicle and my wife is very pleased with it so far. The whole proceedings and information was communicated well and the sales assistant is a credit to the dealership. The staff do not look like mannequins from a production line and presented themselves in a smart casual confident manner. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Nice Cars. I received the wrong service once. When the car didn't start one morning I had to spend a few hours arguing with them over the phone. It comes with break down cover and hire of the smallest city car the hire company say Lexus will pay for apparently, great if you have a much larger four door saloon and a boot full. The car is very nicely made but the company is not so great. The value of the car drops drastically and I really got my fingers burned.

I booked a re-gas service and took my car there at 2pm on 23th July. A lovely lady can't find my booking but rebooked it quickly. She told me it will take 2 hours and explained they need run to settle down it after re-gas. The people there seemed very friendly, I was served with two cups of coffee, very nice. Then about 5pm I was told it was done. I paid £100 and I got the key back. The car was cleaned very well in and out. Brilliant. Then I started the car and tried to use the air-con, it didn't work. I felt embarrassed to go back and tell them. The technician came soon and checked it. I was told that the compressor may not work. I can't believe my ears. He told me he just simply replaced the coolant. I asked if he checked it after regas. After all, I was told they ran it for 2 hours after regas. He said he did and he felt the cold air. I can't understand how he can if the compressor didn't work. I was advised to get a quote about replacing the compressor and necessary parts. It was more than £1300 which the manager kindly offered to discount it to about £1000. I decided not to repair it and asked if I can get refunded. "No, because you booked regas and we did it". I was speechless. On the way back, the car screen showed "check the air conditioner" which wasn't shown before. 6 days later, I got worried with the newly popped out warning message. I called it back and the service manager arranged another check by their master. He did a thorough check, then advised what are broken and confirmed it is safe to drive and all parts work normally except cooling ones. I believe they tried their best to help. Their efforts are highly appreciated. At the end, I had a small chat with the service manager, he agreed misunderstanding among my booking can be avoided by adding further enquiry when the customers come to regas in the future.

Amazing service received from the Lexus Service team in Birmingham. Called on Fri to explain a small issue with my car. Donnetta was brilliant and managed to get me an appointment the next day on a Saturday! I haven't had great dealings with car garages in the past so I am always apprehensive, especially having not purchased the vehicle from this dealer. The service received today by Luke was over and above. I was early for my appointment but Luke came straight over to me and took me out in the car for me to explain the issue. This never happens in other dealers which ends up with me going back and forward for weeks to prove there is a problem. Not this time. Luke understood the issue straight away and within 20 mins it was fixed and took me back out to make sure I was happy. Not only that but then he cleaned my car inside and out and took time out to explain the service plan I enquired about in more detail on a busy Saturday. Nothing was rushed. Everything was well explained. Luke was friendly and very informative but without going into loads of techy detail which I don't need (I'm sure he can do techy if needed. He just reads his audience well!) I left feeling extremely well looked after and will definitely be using this garage for all work needed on my car whilst I have it.

I dropped my CT200h off in the morning for a service and MOT and everyone was really friendly, I had a coffee whilst looking around all the cars. They were joking about having a courtesy car (at 1 point offering me a push bike! He he he)for the day, they ended up loaning me the outstanding NX - wow!!! I drove away a happy man. I left work late, was stuck in all the chaotic M5 & M6 traffic, I phoned them up saying I was going to be late, and although rocking up gone 18:15 the lady that had seen me in the morning was still there and worked over to take the courtesy car back. It was an absolute pleasure and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. See you again in 12 months unless you need some more miles putting on the NX again!!!!
