As a first time buyer from London, Swanz Motors were great at providing me with all the information for the car I was interested in whether through phone or email. I got all the information I needed and an honest opinion on the car and it’s history (as a Cat C/S). There was no pressure at all and I was offered the chance to view the car and check it over if I was able to get to Birmingham. I booked an appointment with a quick and easy deposit, and when we arrived we had a great customer experience. My girlfriend was able to view and test out the car and we agreed to buy it on the day as it was exactly what I wanted. The payment process was simple and we shook hands, and before I knew it the car was delivered quickly within the next few days. The delivery was also a great price considering the recent cost of fuel increasing. Overall, a quick and professional service and would recommend to anyone looking for a used car due to their great value and customer service.

Very happy with the purchase of a 120,000 mile 2011 plate Ford S Max from here. The owner of the garage was very friendly and extremely honest about the car, it had a good service history but not had its cam belt changed. This was almost due so he gave is a good discount to put towards the cam belt as well as putting a 30 day warranty on the car. A few days following the purchase I had an issue with the bank as they sent the payment through to him twice! The bank asked me to contact the garage and asked to refund the payment, which he did straight away on the phone. Fantastic.

I purchased a car from Swanz Motors in February 2021 after seeing it advertised on Auto Trader. Due to lockdown safety measures, I was only able to see the car through photos and a video. After agreeing a price, the car was delivered to my home fully sanitised, with 3 months warranty and a new oil change. (Only fault I can say is there was some wheel damage that was not mentioned or shown, but the car overall was in great condition for its age, 2013). After driving the car for 1 week, the STOP engine light came on whilst driving on the motorway and the car had to be recovered by breakdown. The following day I contacted Swanz Motors to advise. They were very concerned and offered to collect the car to enable them to diagnose the problem, even though it was 100 miles away. Not only did they do that, they also provided me with a courtesy car so that I could continue to work. The car was collected the next day (a Sunday) and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within 2 days and then re-delivered back to my home. Wow! After a worrying couple of days, thinking I had spent a lot of money on a car that was now undriveable, I can honestly say Swanz Motors really did take ownership of the problem. They were very keen to resolve the fault and did so very quickly. They took the car back and gave it a thorough inspection. Not only did they solve the problem, they provided me with another car to use and then delivered my car back when it was fixed! If you have concerns about buying a car unseen, do not worry about buying from Swanz. I have not had any previous dealings with them but after my experience, I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from them. They are trustworthy and want to provide you with a great car. I want to thank them for their care and understanding in what was a tricky situation which they resolved in a matter of days :)

I was originally going to buy a car from them and paid a deposit - however this was not possible due to personal reasons. The Swanz team was super helpful and understanding, they helped me as much as they could, offered me assistance and really went the extra mile for me, and when I couldn't go on with the purchase, they were nice enough to reimburse my deposit. Really no complaint at all from this team! Honest people!

Left a deposit on a Honda Civic Type R prior to lockdown. They secured the car for me straight away and kept in contact to keep me up to date regarding when I could view. Dealers were helpful and honest, even going as far as to purchase a replacement part for my car and provide it to me free of charge. Couldn't recommend them more!

I couldn't really fault my experience with SWANZ Motors! It's always a worrying, slightly traumatic time, choosing a replacement vehicle. Especially when it involves a 200 mile round trip! But I was IMMEDIATELY sent additional vehicle images when requested, and provided with any and all further information, in a clear, succinct manner. The affable young man with whom I dealt even offered me a "no questions asked" refundable deposit. AND picked me up from the train station! He left me ample time on my own with the vehicle for inspection purposes, and we came to an amicable agreement on the final purchase price; which I would like to think was fair for both parties.
