J. T.Mum purchased a mini cooper s roadster from here a week ago with my guidance, i couldnt be happier with the laurels motor company.
Theres a stigma about buying cars from birmingham, but this garage smashed through all of them.
The car was exactly as described. A clearly very genuine car, it had had everything it could have needed done and more to make sure it was perfect for the new owner...
But the age of the car was not hidden (few stone chips and a little scratch on the car) that made me feel confident that it was a well loved and maintained car.
There was no sales pressure, when we went to go and "do the deal", we were simply presented with all the cars history and all the reciepts for what they had done to the car. I was left astonished and barely negotiated as the quality of the car did the talking.
Aftersales care has also been excellent up to now.

Plenty of choice and prices to suit all budgets, vehicle I purchased was brilliant and in few years I will be back to see them for the next one, don't take negative feedback as gospel go make your own mind up you will be pleasantly surprised.... J. F.First time buying a car from Des and his team and what a great service and experience it has been.
I went to look at a mercedes they had and was not hassled or followed around with pushy sales patter in fact Des came out and gave me the keys said take your time and take it for a drive.. I was able to inspect the car at my own leisure without the pressure of someone breathing down myneck to buy it. The car had a cpl of cosmetic issues which were noted down and Des agreed to get it all fixed as the vehicle had only just arrived and hadn't been fully prepared. I was kept fully informed as to when the parts would arrive and be fitted.
In summary if you are looking for a good honest second hand car dealer who goes out of their way to help the customer look no further, the old saying service with a smile springs to mind.
Keep up the good work fellas I will definitely be back in the future and will recommend you to family and friends.

However I was totally blown away here, I didnt get followed by salesmen all around, I was not pressurised into buying anything. I didnt even go for a car just a visit with a family member who had brought a car from them I then ended up buying a beautiful car I am pleased with, a simple process from start to finish.
