Best experience buying a car over the phone ! Excellent communication from seller, was happy to answer any questions. Sent detailed video of car pointing out any small marks and kept me informed during the whole process. Car delivered really quickly, being as I'm over 100 miles away, with reasonable delivery fee. Within a day, I was able to go see a car (without booking an appointment, oops!), test drive it, inspect it, see all of its service history, have a windscreen wiper repaired with no cost, buy it, and have it delivered. Amazing garage with very polite and friendly staff!

The guy seems a bit casual but he is very helpful. Arranged viewing to suit me and as i had asked to collect the car myself he kept me informed of when valet had been completed and courtesy message to say the car was ready for collection 2 hours ahead of schedule. We purchased a Suzuki swift as my sons first car, due to the current Covid situation we were unable to view the vehicle prior to purchasing it. The guys were great and sent me a walk round video clearly pointing out any areas that may have been a concern considering this was a 14 year old car. Communication was great and they were happy to work around my availability and work schedule delivering the car a day earlier than they normally state. The delivery driver was very polite and informative and spent some time explaining to my son how the keyless entry works. The vehicle came with all the relevant paperwork and service history as promised. We have only had the car a few days but my son loves it. I highly recommend using USED CARS SUPERMARKET as they are professional in what they do and work around your budget that you have for your car. I recently purchased a car from them and their was a minor issue with my car and they come to my home to collect the car and get the problem solved. That is what you call being professional, promising and attentive getting things done immediately.
