s. h.Faultless service. I sold my Fiat 500 privately to upgrade to an Abarth 595 (my dream car). The team were informative, friendly and most of all passionate. About the car, about their business, but mostly about making sure everything was right for me and ran smoothly. The whole process was quick and easy, but the team took the time to chat, offer me coffee and even gave me alternate directions home to avoid the traffic. Which was hugely appreciated as I had driven over 2 hours to get there. I am now the very proud owner of my dream car and the team made it happen. Immediately responsive, always answer. A. K.I purchased a BMW from this firm recently and I feel like they deserve a positive review due to the customer service I have received both pre and post sales. Initially I was cautious due to doing little research on the company, however after visiting the place my cautiousness was eased. I travelled from Lancashire with Adam picking me up from the train station and after the bank held my payment for the vehicle for a couple of hours he kindly showed me a place where I could get a bite to eat. I didn't do all the checks I would normally do on the vehicle as I felt such as ease this was a professionally family run business who take care of their customers and the vehicles they sell.

H. Z.I have a distrust of car sales places, so when something went wrong with our car I feared the worst. Adam fixed the problem without charge or fuss, he seemed very eager to make sure we were happy. He even helped us out when we put the wrong fuel in. We have had absolutely no problems with the car since.

H. d.I bought a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid from this trader, at a massively reduced price, about half what the average selling price similar hybrids are going for. It was fairly advertised with an HPI report. Deal done and they drove the car from Birmingham to Bristol literally next day. The car is absolutely brilliant for what I would call pocket money. OK, all the warning lights kept coming on and off, but a half hour diagnostic at my local garage and all is fine. Turned out at some point the car had been jump started and it threw an error message to the ECU. I bought the car from just pictures and must say I am pleased with the car and the service provided.
It really is worth listening to the sellers advice, terms of sale and the amount you are paying. I paid £1495 for my hybrid as a cat d (Im not afraid of cat d insurance write offs, as its to do more with insurers saving money than it is with the damage on the car) I have done nearly 1000 miles in my Civic, and must say I love it, £10 a year tax, 40 plus to the gallon around town. The previous owner scoured the paintwork but with some claying the bodywork is fine for a 13 year old car. The leather interior is superb. And much as the alloys were tarnished I picked up a brand new set of civic hybrid alloys with dunlop tyres from a Honda dealership for just £180. I couldn't be happier and this is genuine review of the car lot. Happy Puppy!
