I’m love with my new previously owned 2017 S4 Avant from BHP. I worked with Brad for a couple months and when they had a car I wanted he reserved it and worked out shipping to me. It’s clean, and beautiful and exactly as described so far. Will probably use them again.

Great vehicles on site …. Reasonably and competitively priced. The guys in the sales team were really friendly and demonstrated honesty, fairness and integrity throughout. My experience of car sales teams gives me a bad impression of the characteristics usually on display but these guys did almost everything to ensure I left the dealership with my new car feeling content with the transaction. Could they have done more? Yes, for sure, and that’s the only reason I don’t give them 5 stars …. Well done Thomas, Brad and the team

Brilliant dealership to buy from. I've dealt with Brad (Sales), Thomas (Owner) and Ben (Aftersales) and I can honestly say, what a breath of fresh air. The car was exactly as described. The sales process was easy, no pressure to buy and geniunely excactly what most customers want and look for in customer service. I suffered some minor issues on the return journey home but Thomas & Ben were quick to help and assured me they would help get them resolved. In under a week everything was sorted out. Highly Recommend BHP. I have bought all of my BMWs directly from the dealership previously to my current M2 that I got from BHP recently. Despite the lockdown and the current terms and restrictions I received a fantastic experience from this trader. The delivery to my door and fast turn around was great and so I didn’t have to drive 150 to Bournemouth to collect. Great description on the website and additional photos and videos sent to me when ever I requested them. Support was also given on setting up finance and car tax when there was an issue online trying to do it myself. Would recommend this dealer. No issues and a reasonable negotiator on price. Great customer service from several members of the team. They were able to source the car I wanted with all the specifications I asked for and slightly under budget. Bought a 3 series from them, good service for sales and good aftersales! Only thing stopping me leaving a 5* review was the valet… when I viewed the vehicle I was told it had just arrived and it was going to get a full detail but when I collected a week later it was covered in road dust and apart from some paper matts in the foot wells I wouldn’t have said it had been cleaned, but still happy with my purchase and they rectified a few faults afterwards which was great as they supplied a courtesy car F.O.C aswell and turned it around in a day!

PLEASE BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE! Viewing, test driving and buying this car was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff are great and down to earth. The show room and range of cars is fenominal. Fantastic company, brilliant cars....initially I thought the sales guy was spinning me a line...saying the car was really high spec, and that spec this car has is unusual. I've since had the car stolen now....and finding anything as good as that car, in the same price bracket is proving very difficult. I travelled from Manchester to Bournemouth without even seeing the car. I got a lift from the train station by the sales man, the whole process from start to finish was superb and I cant fault them in any way .
