Customer service done right! I bought a Golf from Ryan and Derek in September, they were very knowledgeable about the car and agreed to hold it for me while I traveled down to have a look and even picked me up from the train station. After a month or so I noticed an intermittent fault with the cooling system. I had taken out the extended warranty they sell via a company called auto protect. After receiving a quote to repair the fault I contacted the warranty company who refused to pay up (and were generally hopeless to deal with). I went back to BCS with the issue and Derek was able to argue the case for the repair with the warranty company and get them to cover 80% of the cost of the repair which I was happy with. These guys really care about their customers experience. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them in future. 100% recommended!

Great company to deal with. We recently moved to the area and needed a new to us car. We were dreading this as we didnt knoe any reputable car sales in the area. They were great with non-pushy sales technics. Unfortunately the car had a light come a couple of weeks later, which cannot be helped on a used car. Derek and Ryan could not have done anything more to resolve this for us. They have been a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be going back when we need a new car in the future.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, found the car through Auto trader and proceeded through to the site, sent a text about viewing which was confirmed by Ryan within 5 minutes. Travelled down to see it, loved it and wanted it so paid the deposit and picked it up the following week, all documents sorted and present on pick up, everything done for us and a very long football related conversation thrown in for good measure too 😁.
