Bought Mercedes C220 coupe from Dave in Oct ‘20. Drove down from Bristol to collect - Good car which needed a bit of work with an oil and coolant leak - not covered in the Autoguard warranty but half of the overall cost was funded by Car Connexion! I recently bought a Ford Focus Ecoboost Titanium from Dave at Car Connexion. Both he and John (his son) were very pleasant and professional and I went ahead with the purchase including a very fair part exchange. When the car, low mileage and in excellent condition, developed an unexpected fault on the dashboard, despite driving OK, both John and Dave were exceptionally helpful. Even after shelling out for both a new clutch and a new spare key, Dave remained cheerful, although I wondered to be honest how much of his percentage was left! I had the use of a good loan car throughout the repair. In short, fantastic service from a great father and son team. I will be back in the future and will recommend to friends.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They really helped us out when we were looking for a car. Managed to get a great deal on a quality car, and received amazing customer service. They went above and beyond, even down to picking me up from my house to collect my car at 18:30 on a Friday night because they knew I wanted to surprise my wife before she got home from work. We've recently purchased a car from these guys and they give their absolute 100% in customer service, very helpful and very professional. It was our first time with car connexion and I would definitely go back for sure! We had a bad time with our zafira and we needed a car quick! Really nice friendly farther and son business genuine nice guys. I purchased a Nissan qashqia £11,000 traded in a immaculate VW polo sadly didn’t keep the qashqia long although I did take out the extended year warranty recommended with another company they don’t actually cover you for anything. The Nissan had constant problems one of which it did go back to car connection for 3 times..., £11,000 is a lot to spend on a car with a lot of problems.

Everything was great from start to finish, good communication, and friendly staff. Only downside was I was told fuel would be put in car before I took it away, however it was left on the petrol light.
