Bought an Aston Martin from cars to go, Neil was the dealer I dealt with, a very decent nice fella. Done the deal just before Christmas went picked the am up drove home and found,there were a few little issues wrong,the oxygen sensor on the emissions kept flagging up and the reverse parking sensors only worked now and again. Phoned Neil up to explain what was happening ,very very helpful because I live in Wales know am dealers to have a look Neil offered me to come back he loaned me a lovely jag to use,a week l8r I went back down all fixed at a bit of an expense to the company but what great service i will definitely part ex my car in the future there if I can upgrade the vantage. Thanks Neil all is going great with the car.

I've been dealing with Neil from "Cars to Go - Charminster" for a few months now and I have to say the service is exceptional. Always friendly and around for any queries or for advice, even lending me a booster for my car when having problems. (car not even from his dealership) pleasure to work with and looking forward to the next occasion. A standing out point would definitely be the range of vehicles they have, everything from daily run-abouts all the way up to premium brands and classics. I'd definitely recommend Neil and his dealership for getting yourself a new car, or even just a look around as you'll not expect what you'll find on the day. Was looking into a Porsche Panamera for my father and he was very quick to suggest things and was very helpful. All in all a very helpful dealership with an unrivaled selection of great vehicles! 😎👍

Exceptional Service - I called on a Sunday morning to enquire about a car that I had seen online and he was willing to meet me there straight away to view. The car was as described and I was able to negotiate a fair deal which was appreciated as the car was already the cheapest I could find in the UK for a similar specification. I think some people forget that second hand cars are not brand new and there will always be some defects, but I have had no issues and apart form a couple of small surface blemishes the car couldnt have been better and to be honest was much better than I had viewed elsewhere for more money. I would say if you are willing to pay over inflated prices then go to the main dealer, but if you are looking for a good honest second hand car at decent value then I would highly reccommend this garage.

I would highly recommend Cars To Go.... Having trolled the internet for several weeks I questioned myself why I was even looking at an Aberdeen dealers advert. I narrowed my search down to 25 miles, three vehicles came up. I met Michael at cars to go (being the closest) had a good chat about the 640 they had, my trade in and funding options. I viewed but discarded the other dealers cars then decided to call Cars To GO for a test drive. Both Michael and Neil were great, the paperwork was sorted out very quick, I was driving away the same day. They both made me feel very comfortable, it was a pleasant buying experience. It's almost 3 Months since my purchase the cars not missed a beat and has had absolutely no problems. IMO they are worth a call.

Neil recently gave us a great deal on an 08 Cayman, he included a warranty and when we discovered a few days after the sale it needed £500 attention to the valves he was very prompt in checking that with our mechanic and he covered its cost without quibble. From the outset he have us a great service and backed it up with his really professional handling of that issue, so we'd like to say a big thank you. My misses loves the car.

We had only a small problem with a leaking water pump the day after we bought it which they replaced with a new one immediately. I bought a Audi A5 from this dealer at the weekend the staff were really friendly knew everything about the car and could answer all my questions about it, It didn’t have a scratch on it and it was very clean when I got it. I purchased a 2013 Panamera from Neil on 17th May 2019 - Very friendly guy. 2 days later I felt the Air Con was blowing mild and not cold as I expected. I took the car into a local independent garage (I live 200+ miles away) for an Air Con Re-Gas I was informed that the Air Con unit was completely empty! OK maybe this had been missed during the garage's pre sale checks, cost me £90 - but nobody needs hanging for that ha. The garage at my request carried out a diagnostic check - 14 fault codes appeared, the main one was a fault with the Engine Thermostat! Various calls were made to source the part but it was a dealer part only. Neil paid the £430 bill no problem :) At the same time that the garage was fitting the new Thermostat they discovered various coolant leaks and an oil leak between the engine and gear box! The car at this point had covered less than 500 miles since the day of purchase. Neil said he didn't want the garage to carry out any more work on the car but he is happy for the car to go to a main Porsche Dealer for the leaks to be investigated and in the mean time I should drive the car and enjoy it. The car is going in on Monday 10th June 2019.....

We recently purchased an Audi A1 S Line from Cars To Go. Mike and Neil both treated us with the respect and courtesy which is sadly lacking in this industry nowadays. The keys for a test drive were handed to us without any fuss and upon a successful drive a deal was sorted for a part ex. A week after the deal was completed we heard a knocking noise from the front / steering. Upon calling Mike, he booked it into their local garage and resolved to fix the issue for us. The diagnosis proved to be a little difficult, with track rod end bearings, cv bearings, drive shaft bearings all being checked and replaced. It turned out to be a front n/s hub bearing. Whilst getting this fixed under warranty wouldn't normally be a 5* service, what was 5* was their offer to drive my partner and me into Bournemouth town centre during the service and then pick us up when it was completed foc. It was certainly better than staying in Charminster for 5 hours. 10/10 for looking after your customers and I would happily return here for any future car deals. Many thanks, Pete and Erin.
