Was looking for a while for the spec of the 335D I wanted. They had good communication with me, was on time and very honest. Nicholas accidentally reset my brake pads instead of brake fluid. This resulted in a light on the dash, since this has happened my car has been fixed at a local garage and he paid the invoice. Very honest bloke and garage. Can’t recommend enough. Cheers boys 👍🏻

Hi, bought B class 200 Mercedes Benz in January 2022, Trevor always very helpful and cooperative, had issue with binding brakes after a week and they sorted it out in a couple of hours under their post sale agreement. Would certainly recommend them and use again, in the future.

What Can I say about the brilliant after sales. I made a phone call to Trevor in sales about an issue I had with my front seat not folding forward. Purchased a Peugeot Expert work van from this company with a full service record and long mot. A nice clean van throughout, i noticed after driving it for a week that the clutch would need replacing. I called Strattons and explained the issue, i was immediately told not to worry and that i would be looked after. True to their word they have agreed to replace the clutch as its at the end of its life. A good honest company that i cant recommend highly enough, a great experience from start to finish. I will be checking their stock for our next vehicle purchases.

I saw a car I liked the look of at the right price for my budget. A quick call to the sales team the next day, only to be told that the car was currently unavailable until at least the middle of January. However he made a recommendation for another vehicle for sale. Staying on the phone with me whilst I checked the advert, I decided to have a look at the said vehicle. On arrival, I checked the vehicle over and then took it for a test drive. Pleasant drive, no rattles, shakes or other strange noises could be heard. Everything worked that should. Decision made, I went back to the garage. Paperwork was sorted: long MOT, full service record with stamps, warranty included in the purchase price. Money transfer made. Car purchased. Throughout my dealings with Strattons of Bournemouth I felt happy and confident with the friendly service I received. No pushy sales pitch and Coronavirus safety measures in place. I picked up a car I bought yesterday and have had a great experience throughout, from initial enquiry to purchase. Dave/Dale (sorry not 100% sure I have the name right) was extremely helpful and accommodating. Sales process very quick and easy. Warranty much better that other dealers I have been looking at. Free MOT included even though MOT isn't due until May 2021. Having been to a number of other small dealers across the Bournemouth area they were by far the most professional and friendly. Their cars are a much fairer price. Would definitely go there again. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately my previous little golf got written off when someone rear ended me. I’ve always wanted a Land Rover and went to see one for the same price (as my new car) with more mileage in Southampton and turned out the head gasket had gone and they didn’t disclose that info to me! When I saw the advertisement for my now new car and phoned dale he assured me the quality of the vehicle and that Strattons of Bournemouth don’t take on any PX cars that are terrible quality. I found a few minor faults with the vehicle which were: one of the speakers didn’t work, rear passenger window wasn’t working and drivers heated seat wasn’t working; dale and his team agreed to fix these problems at no extra cost. They have given me 3 months warranty, 12 month MOT (it passed with flying colours except for one wheel which they renewed for me) and a brilliant deal on 12 months full coverage from the AA (as they are an AA sponsored garage) also my new landy had a showroom 4x4 hand wash inside and out and I could not be any happier with my new car and the service this company has provided me! In 5 years time when I’m looking for an upgrade, I will certainly be returning!

Travelling some distance to collect the car, they answered all my question promptly prior to collection and sorted my finance out swiftly and made the whole experience as smooth as silk. I am a repeat customer of Strattons of Bournemouth, i bought a car a Renault laguna from Nic 3yrs ago and it was an excellent car at a reasonable price ,i have never had any problems with it and it has never let me down in the 3 yrs I have been driving it and I drive to Norwich and back every 6 weeks, i have just purchased a Nissan qashqai from Nic and again a great car at a reasonable price, Trevor who deals with the after care service has been excellent too,a few minor issues which have been sorted with no fuss, i have just driven to Norwich and back in the Nissan qashqai and the car is excellent, drives well is comfortable and being diesel very economical, i would highly recommend Strattons of Bournemouth the cars and customer service are excellent, i would not hesitate to buy another car from Nic and Trevor.
