Excellent customer care from Becky when I exchanged my car for a used one recently. She was polite, informative and very helpful. She answered my questions and was attentive, punctual and made my dealings with Hendy a pleasant experience. After I collected my car an issue arose which once I contacted Becky, she immediately arranged to resolve keeping me informed along the way. She arranged a courtesy car for me meanwhile and even delivered my car back to its new home for me. I have previously bought from Hendy and I am very pleased Becky delivered the customer service I hoped to have, which maintains my faith still in Hendy. Thank you Becky.

Our experience of buying a new car at Nissan Hendy could not have been easier or less stressful. From start to finish Dan was exceptional and supported us through each phase of the process including how to settle our outstanding finance with another company and the switching of personalised plates onto our new vehicle. Dan was incredibly understanding of our family's needs and current circumstances and worked with us to find the perfect solution for us within the parameters we discussed with him. The entire process was actually really enjoyable due to Dan's mix of professionalism and friendliness. We have obviously bought cars in the past but this was certainly the best experience we have had and as such have shared our experiences with friends and family. We will certainly be returning when next in the market for a new car.

Booked in to see Ben Chandler last weekend following an urgent need to replace my old car. 10/10 service from start to finish, never felt pressured to make a purchase. I would give more stars if I could. Outstanding customer service at Hendy Nissan. On arrival I was warmly greeted by Adam. I felt very welcome and never pressured and as a result left with my dream car. Adam went above and beyond his role in sharing his fantastic knowledge of the car and answered all the questions I had. I had a pleasant experience with Adam from the second I walked through the door to when I drove off in my new Nissan. We made a two hour journey down to Hendy Nissan to test drive a second hand car we had seen online. We choose to make this journey because it was the best value car we could find around, including the cost and time to travel. We were served by Liam, who we had previously spoken to on the phone. He was very friendly and professional. He had the car ready for us to test drive when we arrived. He also went out of his way on a Friday to turn the car around for us, so I could drive it home on the same day. Very impressed with the level of service and a big thank you to the team for turning around the car and all the paper work so quickly.
