Car battery went dead whilist camping The rescue company got it going again by jumping it but said there might be an issue with the battery So off to Hendy Toyota Bournemouth Met by Imogen explained what happened and was told no problem we can check that for you pretty much straightaway All checked and a car health check thrown in No problems you must have left something on Great service and peace of mind for my 150 mile trip back home A big thank you from all the family

Purchased a used low mileage blue Toyota IQ Spring 2020. Drove 2 cars prior to making choice (both IQ's). Car was well priced and very well looked after. Owned the car for a few months now and is amazing - legendary Toyota reliability and the IQ itself a revelation. £0 road tax with 4 seats, frugal and drives surprisingly well on motorways while perfect around town. Service at Hendy Toyota was great - couldn't fault it. Unhurried, good knowledge with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. The dealership is also a great place to have a look at all the new cars - tempting! After service has been great via email - have made owning this car a breeze. Would not hesitate to recommend. Would return in the future although I'm hoping our little car will be with me for a while!

Toyota are fantastic. We've been with them now for 20 years, we've always had great service. We've now got a Toyota Corolla Hybrid, it's fantastic. A huge shout out goes to Jaimie Walby & Jaimie Nichols. Thank also to Holly & Paul who helped us yesterday with a noise we had, it was my wife's compact !!
