We found Merv Hannam via Auto Trader, liked the Sport Range Rover, arranged everything over the phone, buying and part exchanging, so a bit of a gamble. After driving for 2 hours, as promised a beautifully presented car was awaiting us, with no fuss, an easy transaction, we purchased our new car. Great selection of cars and a relaxed atmosphere for one to decide on what to do. Bought a Range Rover Sport from Merv Hannam without viewing, everything was as Alex described, excellent car. Delivered FOC within a few days. Just had an issue with jammed piston and calliper (wouldn't have been known when sold), which was handled immediately, and without question. Viewed a Porsche Panamera remotely via video, agreed a fair price and ordered car. Delivered up to Edinburgh 4 days later by a very courteous driver. Car exactly as described and very pleased with it. Missing a 2nd key and Alex, as promised arranged a replacement sent direct to me by Porsche. Great service and distance no problem when you can trust the garage. No hesitation in recommending even when you cant get down to see a car.

Excellent car garage. Purchased my Range Rover here just over a year ago now & the car has been perfect. I noticed some of the letters on the front of the car had started to ware away so I contacted them to see if they knew of the best place for me to get them changed. They asked me to take the car in & leave it with them. Within a few hours not only had they changed the letters for me but they had also sorted out one or two minor issues for me on the car such as the door clicking etc. The best bit was that they didn't charge for this & said it was part of the service. Highly recommended & I would use for all future car purchases. Keep up the good work guys.

I can’t praise Merv Hannam enough. I have now bought 3 cars from them and the whole experience has been the best I have ever experienced from any car dealer. I have dealt with Nick and Alex and neither of them are pushy or give you any sales tactics. I had a problem with one of the cars and although it wasn’t their fault they just got on with it and sorted it out. I can honestly say I will always come back to Merv Hannam for future cars. I cover high mileage and some would say I’m fussy so for me to give such a good review would give anyone who knows me confidence in buying from these guys.
