I purchased Mercedes-Benz E Class from Norman Motors a little under 4 months ago. The service from first showing interest in the vehicle was nothing short of 5 star! Never felt rushed, pushed or pressured and they guided me through everything and made sure the car was perfect when ready for collection. 4 months on from purchase the car had some paint issues, no fault of mine or Norman Motors. I made them aware of the issue this morning, within an hour I was in a courtesy car and my car was sent of to get sorted. I can leave this review with a smile on my face and I can certainly say I will never buy a car elsewhere… why would I when you get this type of service and they make everything effortless! Thank you to everyone at Norman Motors, a very happy and now lifelong customer!

If you're going to buy a car, buy it from Norman Motors. From the first contact with them in the showroom, they were patient, non-pushy and incredibly accommodating. We were freely allowed to test drive the vehicle, and got such a great reception from them. I was heavily pregnant at the time and gave birth a few days before we were due to pick the car up. A chap from Norman Motors came and picked up my husband to make it easier for us to collect the car which was a real relief. The car was in great condition and any marks and other little niggles had been fixed and sorted prior to collection. We have had a warranty issue on our vehicle (no fault of Norman Motors!) that occurred 10 days before the warranty had ran out and Norman Motors Servicing department have been incredible. The communication from Nick and Liam has been very good and we have had a courtesy car the whole time free of charge whilst our vehicle is held up with the Jeep Dealership. We can't explain how impressed we are by the whole company. We love the car but it has also been so easy to deal with Norman Motors when we have had issues with it too, which says a lot about their high level of customer service and dedication to their clients. Would definitely recommend for your next vehicle purchase!!

Picked up 2 cars from here so far. They don’t get to be Bournemouth’s oldest used car retailer without good reason. Friendly professional service from a sales team who really know the products they are selling, and after sales support is bette than some OEM deal shops I’ve experienced. A wide selection of models to choose from across the 2 sites, so guaranteed to have something to suit most requirements. A regular go to for when I am looking to change my car.

I recently purchased a Fiat 124 spider from Neil! Never have we ever purchased a car online before, was very nervous about it. However Neil was very professional but friendly and put our minds at ease! The car was brought up to us in South Wales within the week and we were very pleased with the service, however when the car arrived the spare key remote did not work and was told a, battery would be, sent and has not. The warranty I purchased I asked to be posted as have no access to a printer and also was not. Also asked about cup holders, which were, missing and have, had no response to this, also. I now, have, discovered that I have fog lights out and the car has had a new mot,, so this, is a little annoying to. I am sad, to say and I hope I'm wrong but your aftersales is not as, good as, pre sales.

I dealt with Stuart from the start to the finish when I picked up my lovely new car. Never spent this much on a car before and so glad I went to Norman Motors. I found the car on line, luckily only just came in and I test drove it alone and I was smitten. Few days later after new MOT and service I got to bring it home. I bought the 3 year warranty as well just for peace of mine and to cover for any unknown engine and mechanical problems. I would definitely buy from here again. My dad bought several cars from here and was always happy too.
