Purchased this beautiful Model S with the help of Simon Jones, and it was the perfect experience all the way thru. Very impressed with the way he deals with customers. My car was missing a tiny rubber mat from the centre console when i picked it up… I didn’t make a hassle out of it, to be honest i really didn’t care for it. One week after me purchasing the car, I’ve got a message from Simon, saying he managed to source the said mat, and posted it to my address! Talk about caring for your customers even after the purchase !! 10 ⭐️ out of 5. Honestly very very impressed. Absolute next level service! Thank you Simon and Team S L Jones!

From the very first phone call, Simon was a delight to deal with. He took the time to answer all my questions, he has a very high attention to detail and, most importantly, he is extremely trustworthy. He sold my car within days (at full asking price!) and kept me updated at every step from my car being delivered to him (by his very nice father in law) to the new owner driving it away. I contacted Simon to sell my Tesla model S. The service I received was nothing short of impeccable. Simon has extensive knowledge of Tesla's and went above & beyond to get the best deal for the car. Nothing is too much trouble and gave sound advice on what is needed with the car to reach maximum value. He also remains in regular contact and gives updates how it's progressing. Once a sale was confirmed I had received the funds within 2 hours. I could not have asked or expected a better service!

Simon came very well recommended from Tesla owners Facebook group, and I want to add my recommendation also. My car needed some work done pre-sale and Simon went well out of his way to get the work done (involved multiple trips to Tesla SC, but all due to Tesla incompetence themselves!), and was highly communicative throughout the process. Historically I have been cautious and extremely aware of ‘car dealers’ and their trustworthiness because I’ve had some horrible experiences in the past but I’d just like to say that from the initial engagement right through to after sale care nothing is too much for Simon and his client care. This was my first electric car and understandably I had a whole host of questions but Simon takes the time to answer everything fully. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me to be comfortable in my decision which was key for me. Extremely polite and is happy to go above and beyond. Very happy with my new car and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
