Purchased a Freelander 2 which was delivered (thank you). When I called, Nygel took the time to call me at 7pm and first thing; a rare thing. L. M.Top class car sales. Never have I found such a genuine car sales. Extremely polite helpful and knowledgeable. My husband was looked after by Dean and he was extremely helpful. Car was EXACTLY as advertised. Such an easy transaction and would 100% use Wessex car sales again. Also we were seen by one of the owners who was brilliant to. The facilities there are top class too with brand new MOT bay so car came with 12 months mot and oil service. Not once were we pushed to make any decisions. We will definitely use these guys again.

It did have a some issues after the first few days and rather than fob me off or try and wriggle out of repairs they just booked it in and got it fixed. They even washed the car for us. When doing business it's not always about what happens its about what you do about it and they certainly did the right thing. Really pleased with the car thank you very much

After calling up I spoke to Nigel who arranged a viewing and test drive. Nigel was very friendly and did a great job in showing me around the car and arranging a good part ex price for my car.
Picked up the car the following day and so far I am loving it! Thanks very much for the great service and quick turn around.

D. L.I saw a VW Passat for sale on Autotrader which was at Wessex Car Sales - Bournemouth.
Nigel who answered took my number down and said he'd send me a video of the car due to the way things are with the current COVID restrictions.
Just as promised I received a high resolution video which covered every nook and cranny of the car.
I was able to secure the car over the phone with a deposit and decided to do so as Nigel assured me the car was good and it was backed up by an AA warranty.
Having looked at the MOT history on the car online I knew the car would eventually need a set of tyres, the test was passed only a couple weeks beforehand with its previous owner and they were noted as advisories.
Nigel said he'd get the car serviced, and change any tyres that needed to be, and he kindly put on some part worns on the front without adding a penny to the sale price, I'd already told him I knew which new ones I'd want to put on so he didn't need to put new ones on, just something to see us home to Leicester.
Advised Nigel that I'd be coming to collect the car all the way from Leicester and I was even offered a lift from the Railway Station.
Once I arrived I was able to pay for the car however I wished, social distancing was observed and everyone was very welcoming.
Nigel himself came across and was an absolutely lovely bloke.
All in all a very pleasant experience, highly recommended and we've got a lovely replacement family car out of it, thankyou for all your help guys!
