Once we had made the decision to purchase Colin offered several alternatives and found the best option for us. Colin spent a lot of time explaining how my new car works, how to programme the multi media - phone, sat nav, radio etc. He explained how to use the cruise control and what all the buttons and dials are for. Being a dizzy blonde older woman, his straight forward explanations (no techy jargon), his patience was much appreciated. Thanks also to David, who was equally helpful setting up “MyT”. Nothing was too much trouble for this team. The coffee wasn’t bad either.

Unfortunately we pontificated too long and missed out on the model in stock that we wanted.
We have subsequently purchased a C-HR elsewhere, however the service provided by David convinced us that Toyota Bridgend will have our car for required accessories and maintenance requirements in the future.

Had the car 4 months now, unfortunately due to Covid not done many miles but I love the car and would not hesitate to go back here for my next car.
l.I had a problem with the steering on my 2yr old car. They had it in within 2 hrs of me calling and checked it thoroughly for about an hour and came up with nothing wrong but tyres/pressures. I drove away with a totally different car and the fault was mine. They were so professional and so very, very pleasant. It was good to visit a business that clearly put the customer first. Thank you

l. d.I visited FRF Toyota Bridgend as my usual "go-to" dealership to purchase a Toyota for my mother. I met David Watkins, Sales Manager for the first time, who was very helpful from the outset. I explained to Dave exactly what I was looking for and he offered me a selection of competitively priced options. I required a Toyota at short notice and Dave went out of his way to facilitate this and quite literally I bought the Toyota Aygo one day and picked it up the next day ready to go. My mother was absolutely thrilled with the choice of Toyota which being second hand was absolutely immaculate. I was totally impressed with Dave's commitment to customer service and would absolutely recommend him to anyone to deal with. Full marks all round for FRF Toyota Bridgend.
C. K.I would normally stay clear of main dealers with older cars and those out of warranty but I make an exception for FRF Toyota in Bridgend. Prices are reasonable, they're happy to service any make/model of car, they can carry out MOT, diagnose problems, fit body parts, tyres and exhausts and they have courtesy cars if you book in advance unlike most small garages. Highly recommended.
d.Very dissapointed with whole experience and continue to be on multiple occasions with frf bridgend branch. Had a used car on finance with stone chip marks for which I was promised touch up paint, I called about this twice and still never recieved. Got a part recall letter from Toyota in February with possible fault with air bag, spoke to around 15 people today in various Toyota departments and no one could tell me my options regarding replacement or when the repair might be done. When I initially went to pick up my car they said it was ready on 2 occasions, contending with busy traffic after work to get to pick it up to be told it isn't ready. Valets while you service are poor at best. If you have low expectations then you will be in safe hands. Staff today put this right, I now have the fault fixed and touch up paint and staff were friendly and helpful

m. e.After having nothing but problems with the cardiff branch, we decided to try Bridgend, what can I say, john on motability was absolutely fantastic, from the minute we walked in, he went above and beyond to find out why the application was denied, Cardiff branch couldn't even be bothered to look into it.. John kept us informed every step of the way, we ordered the ch-r excel in pearl white... The day before collecting John rang too let us know that the windscreen was cracked so we'd have to wait a little longer, as it was a common fault at the time (July 2017).., when we finally got the collection date, and we saw her for the first time, we couldn't believe how many extras were on the car, she's beautiful. John was brilliant and professional every step of the way, we're now able to take jade on Many road trips and she loves the car.. John is a credit too the company, not once did we feel pressured, we could take our time... Hope you liked the beer and golfing gifts John 😊, your a one of a kind, genuine decent guy 😊

After coming away from Motor line Toyota Cardiff thoroughly insulted as customers service there is quite frankly diabolical, it was a dream to go to FRF in Tondu for the service work I needed. when you go compare it's simply makes sense to visit the friendly crew in Bridgend v the unfriendly with attitude all over their body language at service Motorline Cardiff
You do need to read the reviews in for Cardiff Motorline to see why I walked away disgusted and founD a much more professional bunch with a smile I might add, and a can do attitude. It was worth the extra miles to meet Sarah on front reception there, and all the rest of the tidy bunch. As a cab driver you need professionalism, care and efficiency and the little bit of customer service that allows you to say - Sod going to Cardiff it's a no brainer.
They certainly make Toyota proud in my book. More than I can say for the unprofesdional and expensive Motorline Cardiff that will book you in for 11 am with no intention of working on your vehicle till 2. What's all that about I asked. More money when the customer is not looking. I will not be going through to that round with them till they look less shifty.
I came away relaxed as the taxi watch dog for the trade found on Bridgend's only taxi news on Google search
