I was happy with the service at FRF Vauxhall Bridgend because the salesman Sebastian, although very young, was extremely courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He is a credit to the Company and should go a long way. I had excellent service when I purchased my first car 3 years ago and returned hoping for the same experience, which I received. One lady Jodeen ( Sorry if I spelt your name wrong) was exeptional) but everything else really really poor service. However since motabiliry got involved it did help. Had one chap from Swansea named Ben just harassed me. Wasn't helpful and caused me extreme upset the way he dealt with me. March booked in service, due to covid business closed not their fault but did not ring to let me know my service was cancelled. After covid in July August Ben from FRF Swansea called made a service booking for me. Said for 8.30 customers were to drop their cars off. I have not been in contact with anyone since covid stayed in house or car at all times. Asked Ben coukd I drop off my car a little later as not to be around other customers. Said I woukd wait in my wheel chair away well away from premises and didn't mind waiting even if it was 3 hours it was a sunny time so would just go on my phone. Ben would not accommodate. Every time I asked to speak to the manager he wouldnt let me. The service was cancelled and I just was going to wait until a time I could deal with FRF Bridgend directly. Just recently this Ben phoned again to book me in for this service. When I realised it was Ben, I asked could I speak to someone else he refused. I booked in the service but told him there were some issues with the car but would let FRF know when I drop my car off. That wasn't good enough for Ben, he said id have to tell him about the issues. I said I didnt want to speak to him and said goodbye. He rang me back but I did not answer. He said I hung up on him, what do people do when they say goodbye. He said ny service was out on hold and would not be dealt with forcing me to ring him back. I phoned back told him I did not want to speak to him any further, I asked to speak to a manager, his words were "i dont think its necessary", which I replied "well as a customer I this it is necessary". Getting no where i said as far as I am concerned I've booked my car in for a service and said goodbye, I could here him say no its not booked in. After that phone call and hanging up he still phoned again leaving a message. I didnt reply I got in touch with motobility who helped enormously. Would I use FRF again simply answer NO.

Fantastic staff and services. The showroom floor has a range of vehicles and the spares department, which is accessed at the rear of the premises by following the road by the left-hand fence round the back in a clockwise direction, was comprehensive with very helpful staff.

Would just like to say I highly recommend FRF Motors Bridgend. Liam Jacka was extreamly patcient and went out of his way to look for the ideal car for our family. Despite my partner signing order forms for a couple of cars then changing his mind, nothing was to much to ask. My partner is very hard to please, changing his mind on budgets and what he wanted every couple of days, you might say he was an awkward customer, I certainly would, but despite all that Liam went above and beyond for us and was extreamly kind, we finally found our ideal car and we are absolutely over the moon with it. We had problems with the finance company getting figures wrong and delaying everything massively and Liam was quick to ring them and sort it out to make sure it was done the day the finance company originally agreed to settle the finance, this finance company being nothing to do with FRF I would like to add.
