Dealt with Gravells Kia on multiple occassions. Modern and ecclectic car design, good price/quality ratio, got multiple friends to seriously consider Kia as their next car of choice. It's not the 2006 buckets with wheels anymore, its sleek and sexy looking cars. Customer care and technical team are doing a good job, efficient, quick and have XCeeded (sorry) my expextations multiple times, overall been looked after for the last 3 years so far and dont have any reasons to look in a different direction. Guys and gals are doing a good job and I'm sure it will continue in the future! The only negative was the bathroom, which is something to be improve, hopefully.

The car came with a 3 year free service plan which is a great benefit. Gravells have under taken the services in a prompt, friendly , efficient manner and met all covid requirements for service number 2 which fell in the height of the pandemic. The services have been arranged by Shaunah Wilkins and her team who have excelled throughout with a Sportage courtesy car provided on each occasion. Our experience at Gravells in Bridgend was excellent. We had an appointment and met Mike Green on our first visit, the Sportage we were interested in was clean and ready and waiting for us to test drive and away we went. We took to the car straight away and on our return to the showroom we very pleasantly negotiated a good deal with Mike and bought the car. Mike then arranged for us to pick up the car four days later, this included a weekend and bank holiday so this was very speedy. Mike also explained all the details of how to purchase and part exchange. We returned on the Tuesday, Mike knew we going over to Carmarthenshire for the day so couldn’t hang about. The car was ready for us, full tank of petrol and within 15 minutes we were on our way. My husband subsequently noticed a small scratch on the car so we returned to Gravells a few days later, Mike was great, the scratch was polished out very quickly and off we went again. We would certainly use Gravells again certainly a much better experience than one of our recent visits to a rival (VW) dealer.
