Nice guys that run it, and prices are acceptable. Was told my car had a £900 exhaust upgrade, but after putting it on a rack it had the resonator removed which is a £60 change. Happy with the car anyway. TAX NOT INCLUDED IN CAR PRICE

Was apprensive about travelling 250 miles to buy a car, however, Mark had given us a fair part ex price on our vehicle over the phone, and the car he was selling was in outstanding condition and reasonably priced, we had face to face dealings with both Ken & Karl and then finally Mark when finalising the deal. Each of these guys couldn't be more accommodating and helpful, making the whole experience a pleasure. There is no doubt, when we look to change cars again, we will be in touch and gladly drive that distance again for such a first class experience, and first class vehicles. I bought a very nice Mercedes E coupe from Mark at The Motorhouse, Bridgend, Wales. The first contact was very pleasant and I was able to secure a very fair price for my car in part exchange. We arranged for the exchange date and as I live on The isle of Wight, a realistic time was agreed upon. Dealing with Mark was very pleasant. He is an easy going man, very approachable and very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. I am extremely happy with my new car - A Mercedes Benz E350 D coupé. It’s beautiful. There were a few minor issues that cropped up on closer inspection, but nothing detrimental. These faults were repaired by a local dealer on The Isle of Wight and Mark and Motorhouse were extremely gracious and honoured the sale by paying for the repairs. After seeing an Ad from Motorhouse Wales for a Mini Countryman on Autotrader I spoke with Karl, who answered all of my questions, and agreed to pay a refundable holding deposit - as I live over 100 miles away I needed to visit the showroom at the weekend. Before visiting I exchanged more emails with Karl who was always quick to resond, this included agreeing the trade-in on my old car, which was valued very well. On visiting the showroom I met Ken, checked the car out and went for a test drive, and once I was happy with everything we completed the paperwork and I drove off in my new Mini. Through the whole process the team were friendly and professional, making the purchase very easy and I got a great car for a great price - they were a pleasure to deal with and I'd happily recommend them.

Whilst 'browsing' on the beach about a month back, I saw a car on the Motorhouse Bridgend website which perfectly matched my requirements. I contacted the garage and spoke with a gentleman named Karl, who described the car in detail to me. Believe it or not, there and then we agreed on a deal, Karl traded in my car and I purchased his, subject to both cars being as we described. To say that Karl's description was off the mark is only slightly inaccurate, as the car which I purchased was significantly better than Karl had described.
