Bought a beautiful car a few weeks ago, and Craig was brilliant when he sold us the car, even changed the wide-screen when I noticed a chip when on the test drive so on. However, my car was booked in for Monday, for what we thought was re-gassing the air con and having the spare key sorted out, the machine to do the job had broken, which is fine, then Tuesday they spotted the leak in the air con system and said they would sort it. Brilliant, fine with that too. But it is now Thursday, and I can't get through to them to see how things are going, because I have stressed I need the car for the weekend and won't be able to pick it up Friday, due to my work commitments. And Monday I would need my car due to work commitments. Don't get me wrong they have been great and I love my car, but this is incredibly frustrating because I can't get hold of them.

Despite being extremely busy they fitted my car in at short notice and even gave me a courtesy car. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me updated at every step of the way. This is very awkward viz charging points and may not be possible. Nathaniel have a scheme to loan a petrol car or hybrid to electric car customers, which I took advantage of. This enabled my visit! Excellent service and price. I had my bmw serviced at nathaniels. Very good customer service on the phone. On the day extremely professional staff to welcome you and book in. Felt like service as at main premium dealer. Car was washed and after service documents were in a wallet. Totally spot on and price quoted was charged. This was over £200 less than the main dealer but with high quality of service still. Very impressed and will use from now on. Only issue is they are very busy so need to book a service in advance, but no wonder with such a good level of service and price.

I must say how very pleased I was with the service I received at Nathaniel car sales my mg3 had developed a starting problem .I rang them they booked me it to investigate the problem later they sent me video explaining the problem along with a quote for the job and provided a car until mine was repaired after picking up my car the engine management lamp came on to which they dealt with straight away. However Nathaniels had what we wanted at a good price and with a part exchange deal that met what I was looking for. I can honestly say that this purchase has been the easiest to date. Apologies in advance, long review... Bought a car from Nathaniels in January 2020. Customer service was great and the car has been excellent. Due to lockdown we were unable to book in MOT in a timely manner etc and we had a problem with the front wheel bearing. We had to get an MOT elsewhere as Nathaniels were struggling with some isolation of technicians but they took in the car and gave us a courtesy car. The repair was covered under the warranty but there was some issue with wear and tear on the brakes and because we couldn't get our free MOT in time with them they did the brakes for free. Not only that, our car had a recall notice and they took it to the mercedes garage for us! The aftercare at Nathaniel's is the best I've come across and will certainly be buying my next car from there in January 2022 when I have to hand back my lease car. Highly recommend you buy from here and take out the extended warranty. A pleasure to deal with in these trying times

We originally went to size up cars as we may need to replace ours due to age. Being well over 6ft it can be difficult to get something the whole family fit's in. They had a pretty good selection of used cars. We were there for about 35 minutes checking out what might fit and we weren't approached by a salesman until it was obvious we were fixed on something. He was very friendly and easygoing, surprisingly honest about the stock and what was on offer. Nothing was pushed on us and we didn't feel like we needed to buy then and there or the world would end. We even ended up looking at a couple of the showroom cars. Overall left very satisfied with the research we gathered. Some of the used car prices are slightly higher than the UK average but not by much.

5 stars is not enough for Nathaniel Car Sales Ltd, so Shirley and David give them a 10. Let us explain why. A few weeks ago I David, saw an MG3 on display in the Quadrant Shopping Mall, and being of mature age, and remembering the good old days when MG cars were renowned for producing prestigious cars, I showed interest. A big mistake, I was pounced on by an eager salesman who was persistent and, would not let me show interest, he kept me there with his chit chat. I eventually got away. However I contacted MG UK LTD direct, for more information, which was given. I read the brochure and wanted a test drive, so I searched out other dealers, and decided on Nathaniel Cars. What a difference. We were given a warm welcome and politely shown the various models of the MG3. We were then given the keys to test drive the MG3 and were sent on our way to do whatever test we liked. We were left to make up our own minds, with no sales pressure whatsoever. We returned the car with a big yes. We were given a fair part exchange, and we took advantage an unbeatable seasonal offer, which made it well worth traveling to Bridgend. One week later, we are the proud owners of a Ruby Red and Black MG3. Thank you Nathaniel Cars.

Great initial buying process.... completely painless and fast service........ However 2 days after collecting a new MG3 i found one of the rear door child lock mechanisms to be faulty, i called Nathaniel and spoke to a technician who diagnosed it as a faulty mechanism and was told it wasn't the first he had seen with the same fault. I then spoke to an advisor who booked it in and informed me they will order the part required and it will be fitted as i wait. As it is a 50 mile round trip i thought great that will save messing about. 2 weeks later on my earliest day off work that wasn't a Sunday as service is closed on a Sunday i went to get the door fixed........ or so i thought. After an hour of being there i was told that it is infact the mechanism that is faulty and one will be ordered in and i will be contacted once it arrives. I informed the advisor that i was told it would be fitted today, only to be told there is nothing they can do and don't know why i had been told this information.... So a morning of sunshine on an eagerly anticipated day off wasted. Good buying experience let down by poor customer service after sale.

I would like to thank Nick Smith of Nathaniel Cars, Bridgend, for the fantastic assistance he rendered in helping us to charge our MG HS PHEV on off-peak electricity. Being senior citizens, we did not find this a simple task using the Rolec Smart home charger as Octopus Energy wanted us to purchase a different OHME cable at an additional cost of £199:00, this at a discounted price! With Nick's help, this was found to be completely unnecessary and we now charge the car via our smart phone between 12:30 and 4:30 am at a fraction of the cost of peak-rate energy.

I am now the proud owner of a 12 month old MG6 Car, When I got it, it had a problem with wheels shaking, I took it straight back, Nigel noticed that there was a problem with the wheels that needed to be rectified. Nigel made sure this was fixed promptly and with no fuss. After a week later I had another small problem, I took it back to Nigel who was fantastic, nothing ever seemed to be a problem for him, he rectified the fault and even had the fitter come out and explain to me how he had fixed it. The after care service from Nigel is the best I have ever come across, most car sales companies would try and fob you off, I know that Nigel & Wayne (the owner) had informed his fitters that what ever it takes or costs you must get it right. Its a comfort to know that if anything does go wrong, I can take my car back with confidence. I just want to thank Nigel for all his support and professionalism, he is an asset to Nathaniel Cars, and also to let him know my car is running like a dream. I bought a car from here roughly 2 weeks ago and Dan (salesman) couldn't have been more helpful. I wasn't able to take my car on the day of purchase because they were servicing it, and with my job I needed to be able to drive away so Dan arranged a curtesy car for me to be able to drive while waiting for my car to be ready. I then had a few issues with my insurance (due to a previous issue) and wasn't sure if I was going to be able to collect my car on the day arranged, I rang Dan to let him know I may have to collect it a few days later than planned and to see if I would be able to use the curtesy car slightly longer (would have happily paid if needed) however, he arranged a 7 day free fully comprehensive cover for me to be able collect my car the day arranged which isn't something he had to do. I have since had to book my car back in with Nathanial Cars due a slight crunching in the gear box and again they couldn't have been more accommodating in regards with giving me a curtesy car. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received and will 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Top marks to Tom and Co. at Nathaniel Cars, living in the small island of Guernsey it was difficult to find the car I wanted, found a used Audi A6 online exactly to the spec I was after and within a short space of time the deal was done, they then drove the car to Portsmouth and it was on the next ferry for me to pick up !
