Easy and professional to deal with. Happy to answer any questions I had. They do all the hard work for you...arranging times to call, sorting out the best day for delivery etc. A follow up call to make sure the delivery was successful.... I dealt with a friendly knowledgeable chap why took care of everything. The transport driver was great...... The car I bought was delivered one week later from Wales to East Of England... you can't ask for better than that!. If you live.....or don't live in Wales!...The Severnside Car Company are a great company to go to for your next car.

I bought a car. Saw it online, went along and was greeted by the young man. He was helpful and polite and only to happy to show me around the car, answering any questions that I had. I had a test drive and he left me alone to have a think. I later purchased the car. All paperwork was explained to me and I was under no pressure to buy any extras that were offered to me. Overall very happy with my new purchase so far. Thank you to Severnside team for a pleasant experience.

Great experience with both Scott and Connor in the sales team. Scott provided numerous photos and videos of the car, giving me everything necessary to make a decision on it. The car itself was in great condition, with really good history, especially considering it is 14+ years old - so it seems they put a lot of effort into making sure they provide good quality vehicles. I did put a refundable deposit down on the car, in order to hold the vehicle for 2 days before I could go down and test drive it. Within this time, I failed to secure a loan (learn from me, try and get a loan secured before you put the deposit down!) but when I explained the situation Scott and Connor, they quickly provided a refund of the deposit and was understanding of the situation, although understandably disappointed that the sale fell through. Overall, top blokes and can’t fault my experience of them, even though I didn’t buy a car in the end.
