I will give the Parts department a 10/10 the reason? I needed a difficult part for my VW Caddy it's near the bottom of the front screen. It took them some time to find it but also explained what was going on. Helpful, full explanation to what was going on and then found! The price was very good. Today, me and my husband have picked up our new Golf GTI and to say we are impressed with the car is an understatement. Although, I have to mention the superb service we recieved from John Abbott. What a gentleman! From start to finish, he made everything so simple, so smooth and nothing was to much. He went the extra mile. Buying a car can be quite a worrying time and in the past I haven't found this an enjoyable experience but John has changed my perception on buying a car. He is an absolute asset to Sinclair Volkswagen Bridgend and I really hope he is recognised for the fantastic job he does. My fuel cap developed a problem so I called Vw bridgend to see if they could help, I must thank Wendy for her help and knowledge of the problem and for arranging replacement parts etc to be replaced under warranty. Polite, efficient but annoyingly insisted on charging for screen wash when the technician was able to pour a thimble full into the reservoir. Lucky me I get to keep the rest. I must add that subsequently I was refunded the cost of the item so well done to Sinclair for that. Apparently you must advise on arrival for a service whether the screen wash is needed.

Needed to replace locking wheel nut key, went in to see if they sell them, but obviously they are unique and can't be bought as spare part. The set had to be replaced at a cost of £50. Asked if they could fit it there and then, and luckily the had some apprentices in so they could do it quickly. Fantastic service this visit.

Recently bought a VW Up! from this garage. Absolutely excellent staff who were incredibly helpful. Kept me informed every step of the way and were fine with questions (and we had lots!). The previous review may reflect old levels of service at this dealership, but my god have they improved. We were completely alienated by a deal down at Swansea Volkswagen. I bought a nearly new VW UP HIGH a couple of weeks ago. I had spoken to Gareth a few times on the phone. He was extremely helpful and didn’t try to push to sell me a more expensive model than I could afford. I was interested in the UP GTI but it was out of my price range. I appreciated the way Gareth worked to find the very next best thing. He said there was an UP HIGH in another garage he would pick it up from Bristol and bring it that same day for me to see if it was what I wanted. It was perfect and exactly in my price range and had all of the technology my old car lacked. Since purchasing the car, which I LOVE, I have spoken to him a few times to ask about various tech queries. He has been incredibly helpful. It is not just about the sale with Sinclairs, it is about the customer really loving the car they buy and the service afterwards. I would absolutely recommend Sinclairs Bridgend and will continue to use them in the future to maintain the service of my car.

Having bought a used passat from Volkswagen Bridgend last October I was very pleased with the service received from Nick (sales executive). He ensured that throughout the process, any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a professional yet friendly manner. Shortly after purchasing the car a fault occurred (air bag warning light). Having contacted Bridgend I spoke with Nick who immediately arranged for the car to be checked and the fault remedied, he also ensured I was provided with a courtesy car. Recently several warning lights came up on the dashboard. As I was near to Bridgend I drove to the branch ( 11am on a Saturday morning). At reception I explained the problem and was advised that someone from the service department would be with me shortly. Phil (Service manager) diagnosed the problem and arranged for the matter to be resolved. Whilst this was being done Wendy arranged a date for the part to be changed and again provided us with a courtesy car. Nothing was too much trouble for these people who really know all about customer relations. Thanks again to Nick, Phil and Wendy. Ray Stingemore September 2017

Nothing exceptional. Sinclair's Audi branch seems to try harder to provide consistently good customer service but I can only assume that relates to overall brand status. VW is not doing too well currently on the PR front, is it?
