Well, I should firstly say I haven't purchased a car from SJB, however I am in the market. I have been watching all sorts of online used car apps, had notifications set and have driven to a few places to look around. I contacted SJB about a car I thought I was interested in and they subsequently contacted me back. Though I wasn't sure about the car, the professionalism and courtesy shown and the help in discussing what I was looking for was greatly appreciated. They informed me to keep watch of their stock and they could even give me a ring if something fitting my needs popped in. That is great service. That's what I wanted to rate. Helpful, fast and professional service. (UPDATE) Well, I did eventually purchase a car from SJB Car Sales. I popped in to look at their stock in person. I met the person who had dealt with me via phone and discussed some of their cars. I decided then and their to test drive a fantastic VW. Afterwards, I bought it. Everything was easy peasy, we went through all the steps in detail, making sure I understood everything. Then the kept the car for a few days and prepped it. Spotted a lovely Jaguar XF on auto trader and was taken through to the SJB website, easy to navigate to find the car and to send an enquiry. Craig contacted me the next day and was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and was able to take a deposit for me to secure the car I wanted even though I couldn't get there for a week. When I arrived to test drive the car, I was greeted straight away with a friendly smile and he gave me some time to look over the car. It was nice to see a salesman taker a step back and let me appreciate the car. Once I was happy it was an easy process to take the car for a test drive and Craig even give me some tips on where to go to be able to test the car on different roads at different speeds as I wasn't familiar with the area. When I returned and agreed to buy the car, the process was slick and simple and took no more than 20 minutes to complete all the paperwork and transfer the money. Craig was a deal with and the whole team were nothing but friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend SJB Car Sales to anyone thinking about buying a car. A family business, Mark was the main man dealing with it, but Luke and Justin also were so proffesional and NOT pushy as most other used car sales teams are. The vehicle was beautifully presented and totally spotless on viewing and re-valeted before collection. Price was very reasonable for the car. Very friendly and a hassle free sale, however I originally put a £99 deposit on the car to reserve it, which I was told was fully refundable if I changed my mind, when I decided to purchase the car (paid in full) I assumed the £99 would come off the price I had left to pay, that’s when they told me I wouldn’t actually get that towards the payment as I had to pay an additional £99 to have the car valeted, some fuel in the car and some other stuff to do with documents, there was no mention of this until I had decided to purchase the car. The day later I came back to pick the car up and it was on the same amount of fuel and hadn’t been cleaned, it never left the compound.

I was looking for a certain car and as there aren't many about, when I spotted SJB's advert on Auto Trader I was sceptical as there were no photos. The description for the car on Auto Trader was very in depth, even though there were no photos on the advert (they'd only just received the car) I knew this was going to be a quality car. When I phoned up to arrange to see it, Tom, (the gent who has sorted my car purchase from begging to end) answered. He was very helpful and informative through out the whole process. As this is my first ever car buying experience, I don't think it could have gone any better. I've had friends with horror stories of car buying, but i had nothing of the sort with SJB Car Sales.
