j. f.I have bought a lot of cars over the last 30 odd years, both new and second hand, and it can be a stressful experience, with most negotiations being cold affairs. Not so with Windsor cars. Nothing was too much trouble for Them. Initially, I was little reticent to buy a car that was imported, but for a ten year old Golf, it was in the best possible condition. Low genuine Miles, and well serviced. They had prepped it to the point where it felt like a brand new motor. I have never bought a second hand car in such good nick. I had to pop it back for a minor job, and when i collected it, it had been cleaned thoroughly. Windsor Cars attention to detail is second to none. I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks Guys

L. R.I purchased a mitsubishi outlander hybrid from Windsor car sales nearly 2 weeks ago now and I wasn't disappointed at all with the service I received. We booked a viewing on a Sunday to see the car even though it was Bank Holiday weekend and we returned to buy the car on the Monday (bankholiday). Never had an hybrid before so this was a new experience for us. As I plugged it for the 1st time it wasn't charging so panick kicked in and decided to chat to the garage. Looking on forums and YouTube ect there was no joy, so fair play. The next day the guys from the Windsor car sales travelled all away from bridgend to sort it out. Brian was so helpful and not at all pushy and offered to meet at Bridgend station to conclude the deal. The vehicle was like new, exactly as advertised.

C. D.I have just bought a great car from Matt at Windsor Car Sales and was so impressed with the service we received I asked him how I might be able to provide him with a review and he suggested here!
I had set my heart on a Saab convertible and Windsor had just what I was looking for. I had dismissed it as they are so far from my home! However I could not find anything similar closer and eventually emailed Matt asking him for more details about the car. We must have exchanged 20 emails over the Xmas week and he was always patient, knowledgeable and timely in his response despite it being Xmas!
He was very accommodating regarding viewing of the car and we were delighted after driving over 150 miles to see it. The car was even better than we expected and agreed the sale.
Despite having 7 months MOT, he was keen to provide 12 months which he did and we collected a week later.
I had been super excited to at last have a car of my dreams, although had been worried about driving such a long way home in an untested car but I needn’t have worried. She flew home, burning up the miles without any issue, despite horrendous weather conditions and motorway jams!
I haven’t needed to buy a car for 19 years and I had been really daunted at the prospect, knowing nothing about cars and buying an older car but thank goodness we found Windsor!
Matt has been honourable and decent throughout and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Certainly, when we need a new car, I would happily drive the 300 mile trip to buy on from him!
