Efficient, friendly and informative staff. Easy to leave your vehicle early in the morning, but not many customer parking spaces during the busy parts of the day. As with many main dealers, very good services on all aspects. Reliable and assured work done on your vehicle, not always the cheapest deal compared to smaller private garages. Breakdown cover for 12 months when you get your vehicle serviced.

Carl was ace in coming out to take the speed limiter off my Transit Connect at home. Luke in service - fantastic. Needed a new wiring loom on the side door and all sorted in a few hours, polite, friendly and helpful.

Helpful and polite staff. However if you actually want parts from the parts department forget it (to be fair other dealers are not much better) All I needed were three commonly used screws (headlights wheel arch liners etc). None in stock but suggested eBay. Available there for £8.49 for 4. Luckily the local nut and bolt supplier had sold me a pack of 10 for 82p. Main dealer, not next time. Another item wasn't on the computer images and a third was ignored on the part number list I was helpfully given.

Mobile mechanic came to my house ( with the dinnages repair van ) as agreed called half an hour b4 arriving .
No problem at all , saved me taking the car there and picking it up when the car was ready .

I found a fault light on my dashboard. I called Ford in Brighton and spoke to a man in the Servicing Department who was very pleasant and helpful.The Mobile Mechanic Carl checked out my vehicle, found the fault and ordered a new part which he fitted the next day therefore allowing me to continue my work.Carl was very helpful and explained thoroughly the fault and remedy. Overall very pleased with the quality of the service.

Just had some great customer service from Carl on my Transit Custom Van. I went into a very Covid safe showroom to report a mystery electrical fault which was draining the battery daily. Carl came out in his mobile unit to assess the problem and immediately identified a broken sliding door switch. He went out of his way to re-condition my battery and change the switch over. Great service during a very busy time.

I have dealt with this branch for many years now, I ordered a new car and have to say Lewis and Richard couldn't have been more helpful. They treat me as a valued customer.

I purchased my car in London, and after having a erm... Not great? Experience with my first Ford dealer i decided to try something closer to my uni, firstly I did my MOT with Dinnages Ford and after arriving at 2pm after a slight mix up with the website and the booking times, the lovely gentleman at the desk had a word with the manager and he maged to squeeze my car to be ready within the hour, and second time I arrived without notice to get my secure wheel nuts replaced as I broke the key, and it got done within 30 minutes. Compared to my Croydon dealer these guys provide a stupendously better service. Definitely recommend.
