Having passed my test a few years ago and purchased my first car this week, naturally I was very nervous and inexperienced in the world of cars. The salesman at Strafford Cars really made me feel at ease. They clearly explained how interest rates work with each option for finance which was really helpful. I’ve only had my new Fiat 500 for a few days but am getting on really well with it. I’ve had no problems with the car however it is a nice feeling knowing that there would be no problem if I was to return it for warranty work. Thanks again.

Having now purchased multiple vehicles from Straffords I feel qualified to leave a review based on my experience. Vehicle 1 - March 2020) I saw a Nissan Qashqai on Autotrader which fitted my needs so called to book an appointment. The chap on the phone was very friendly as you would expect and I attended their showroom later on that day. The salesman spent considerable time with me to explain the features of the vehicle before moving onto the finance quotes. He clearly explained to me that certain ages/mileages of vehicles would qualify for a different style of finance (PCP) which means I was able to drive away in my Audi Q7 (Double the price of the Qashqai) at no more monthly figure and with the same deposit. Yes, there is now a balloon however this was clearly declared to me and I was happy with that as it can be refinanced at the end if I still have the car. Vehicle 2 - June 2022) Frustratingly my wifes car was hit when parked at night and the driver made a run for it without leaving their insurance details. We called our insurance who recommended taking the car to their "approved" repair workshop at which point I remembered Straffords workshop. I contacted Straffords who offered to collect the damaged car, leave us with a loan car, and deal with the insurance claim on our behalf (Too good to be true right? well, it gets better). My wife fell in love with the loan car (This time a Mercedes C class Coupe) and Straffords accepted our scuffed car in part exchange whilst clearing the existing finance, dealing with our insurance for the repair, and financing the new Mercedes all in one swoop. A few days later we received a parcel in the post which was a box with some wine from the garage which we thought was a really lovely touch given the circumstances around the need to change cars in the first place. Purchase a Mercedes GLE from Strafford Cars in Brighton. The staff were really helpful and answered all questions I had about the vehicle before I made my way to their showrooms. Im quite picky so I asked for some footage of the underbody of the car which although is a strange request was supplied with no problem whatsoever. Efficient job on our car. The quality of work seemed fine and they guarantee work for 12 months. They fitted us in for a cambelt change at short notice. Good communication about work that arose from the MOT, clearly separating prices into labour, parts and VAT. There were a couple of mix-ups which were put right. We were given a discount on our interim service due to this. Reasonable prices.

Had my 18 year old Polo MOT'd. Fraser and his team were, as always, efficient, informative, polite and EXTREMELY competitively priced. All in with bulb replacments cost me £39.71. Amazing. They are honest and generous with their time and I would trust them to do any repairs to my vehicles. This is the third time they have done an MOT for me (on different vehicles) and I always feel that I have had a great service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on my experience. Took my car in for its MOT at AMOTI - Was happy with the service. The car failed however i was quickly emailed a scan of the failure along with their quote for repair (difficult to find a garage which is this tech savvy!). I shopped around and found their prices to be competitive so I authorised the repairs and had the car back the same day. Reading some of the other reviews does make me wonder what some people expect from a garage... take it from me, these guys are honest, polite and most importantly transparent which is all you can ask for in my humble opinion KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :)

I've visited Amoti around 5 times now for different reasons and every time I have been very pleased with both the service and the pricing structure of this place. I especially like the way the sales guys work with you to achieve your specific motoring goals, in my case this was simply to get my car through its MOT and get it safe for the road with little chance of breaking down in the future however I have had friends that have been to this garage upon my recommendation with other goals such as performance ect and the guys there have always been very accommodating.

I bought an Audi RS4 B8 from this garage just over 12 months ago. I thought i'd leave it this long so I can write an honest review. I saw the add on autotrader, The colour ,mileage , leather everything, it was just what I had I been looking for, only problem it was 235 miles from where I live. I phoned Fraser nothing was to much trouble. When I went down the car was perfect. It was a relief having traveled so far. I purchased the car and drove it home, every day since then it's put a smile on my face. Touch wood, so far it's not given me any problems. I would recommend this garage and would buy another car from them.

Needed a MOT on my Corsa C quickly as left it till the last minute and Amoti service centre managed to fit me in pretty quickly, quoted me same price as Groupon deal superb price even tho i never booked with groupon. Car failed with a with a few problems my own wrong doings, wear and tear and spotted a few advisory problems what Frost's garage never even spotted previously but quoted me parts and labour, very happy with the price they quoted and they managed to fix it within a day of the quote. Would greatly recommend and will be going back in future for services and MOT's.

Took my Suzuki Alto here today for its First ever MOT as its only 3 years old. It passed first time with an advisory that both front tyres were changed as they are 'Nearing the legal limit'. I called a few garages and tyre places to get quotes for these tyres however everywhere was pretty much the same price so I had Amoti change them. This was done within an hour of my say and when I collected my car, they even had it cleaned for me!!
