Fantastic service when purchasing a new car, walked around the car and any tiny blemishes were corrected before collection. A 30 minute test drive is ideal to really get the feel of a car too. Some fantastic cars in their stock too. Will 100% be returning in a few years!

I purchased a car from Auto Strada Bristol, couple weeks ago. They had great choice of cars/ high end cars. I saw the the car I wanted online and arrange viewing and test drive very easily. When I came collect the car it was in immaculate condition and ready to go. My only minor let down was my personalised plate wasn't made and put on the car as I had previously arrange. They made them quickly while I waiting to collect the car however the rear one was made badly. So I have had to have them professionally made.

Super Guys, were very accomodating on the day and took their time to show me all of the features of the car. Prior to purchase they send me numerous videos and photos of the car (I lived on the other side of the country). The car has been awesome since. I needed their assistance with some paperwork issues 4 months after purchase (not their fault) and they could not have been more helpful. This is how a car dealer should operate. Brilliant.

I had been looking for a sporty used Audi for over a year and it needed to come from a trustworthy source. Some ‘dealerships’ I visited gave me cause for concern. You can’t really tell online, so you have to visit. I visited several over the months. Based near Weston-super-Mare, Autostrada is not conveniently located for someone who lives in the Midlands. My almost-three-hour trip to view a white RS4 wasn’t wasted. The place looks right as you arrive – a sensible collection of prestigious marques yet nothing too ostentatious. A smart showroom. Very helpful people. It feels right too. I could’ve been just another tyre-kicker, but Barry didn’t hesitate to juggle cars in the showroom to free up the Audi for a test drive. And then he let me take it out entirely on my own (for 40 minutes), explaining that they don’t believe potential clients will steal their cars. That’s the kind of trustworthiness I was looking for. The car was exactly as shown and described – remarkably good condition. Needless to say, I bought it and am delighted.

Long overdue review. Excellent customer service from both Barry and Steve. Both were very accommodating and gave me as much time as I wanted when purchasing my new BMW Touring which has been faultless since purchase. They were also very helpful in negotiating a price for the part exchange of my old vehicle, giving me a generous price for my trusted old Golf. I previously visited the main dealerships in Bristol and was distinctly unimpressed with the service. If you want personalised customer service with a great selection of cars at a really good price, do not hesitate in giving these guys a visit. I will definitely go to Auto Strada when purchasing my new car.

Im happy with the car and the fact that they provided a 3 month warranty and made good on some problems. However they said the car was serviced by them just before I bought it. The car’s computer says the service is due 12 months from when I bought it, but despite several requests to at least 2 members of staff they have failed to provide a copy of the service they did themselves, and the service is not listed on the digital service history with Mercedes. This has prevented me from being able to take out a warranty.

I recently purchased an SLK250 Merc from Barry and Steve @ Autostrada. As with any used car, there were a couple of things that needed to be sorted, which they guys did without hesitation, including painting the alloys at no extra charge to match the colour of the car. After a couple of weeks of ownership, one of the wheel speed sensors became faulty, so I reported it and again, without hesitation I was advised it would be fixed under their 3 month warranty. We then went into lockdown, but Autostrada were on the button and honoured the warranty and subsequent repair once we were free to move around again, even though this was well over the initial warranty period. From the initial correspondence, to the viewing, part exchange and after sales service, I have been thoroughly impressed with this garage. There has never been a hint of pressure along the journey and even though this car was at the lower end of their price range, I felt as though I received 5 star treatment from start to finish. Next time I'm in the market for a used car, Autostrada are going to be my first port of call. Thanks for restoring my faith in used car sales and service and if you're looking for a prestige, well presented top marque motor, give these guys a go.

Fantastic service from all of the guys at AutostradaCars! I bought a top spec Honda CR-V from Barry (really nice guy to deal with) after spending weeks trying to find a very specific spec. Main dealers can learn a thing or two from him. He valued my part exchange over the phone subject to viewing it (which was actually a very reasonable part exchange valuation), I then set off on a 280 mile round trip to AutostradaCars. It was definitely worth the trip! The car was in superb condition, the service was impeccable, (they also make a nice cuppa!), plus they even let me test drive the CR-V on my own. Did the deal there and then, part exchanged my Audi and drove home in my lovely new car. Had a few very minor issues with the car a week after purchase involving faulty parking sensors and wiper blades, however Steve @ Autostrada (I think he's the general manager) sorted these out fairly quickly at their cost. So overall, I'm absolutely delighted with the customer service! I will be back in 6 months to buy a car for my wife from these guys, even if it means another 280 mile round trip. I know I will not be disappointed. These guys have a brilliant selection of cars in stock and they are genuinely really nice people to deal with. Definitely recommended!!

I bought a BMW 520D Touring from AutoStrada following an advert I saw on Auto trader. I phoned ahead and explained that I was travelling down from near Birmingham. When I got there, I was met by friendly staff who were very helpful. We were able to take the car out for a test drive on our own and the sales staff were not pushy when we returned. We ended up buying the car and were able to take it away with us that day. There was a problem with the parking sensor that I was aware of before I left that day. Autostrada agreed for me to have this repaired at there expense back up near Birmingham. The car has since been back down due to an un-connected problem, which they had fixed under the free warranty. Barry has always been helpful and has tried to resolve the few minor issues I've had with the car. I've had to chase other member's of staff up for a couple of queries but that was only simply sending a further email. They are usually quite punctual. They have an impressive fleet of cars and the staff are all helpful with a good atmosphere around the place when I've been down there.

My Mercedes C Class is in superb condition looking like a brand new car, just as described with a thorough service history, I am thrilled with it. I had several telephone conversations with the dealer prior to visiting the show room. On each occasion the member of staff was very helpful and courteous. On our visit to the showroom I was impressed by the quality and range of the vehicles I saw there. My husband and I were given the car we were looking at to take for a test drive. I don't normally write reviews but I've had such impeccable service from Ashley at Autostrada that I feel I need to comment. I purchased an Audi TTS in April 2016. I initially contacted the company via email and arranged to travel to see it. When I got there I was allowed to take it for a half hour test drive alone with no sales pitch or pressure. I was offered an excellent part ex price on my existing car and did the deal. Ashley went round the car and checked if there was anything I wanted done and pointed out that they would refurbish the wheels, but could colour or enhance anything if I wanted. I picked up the car a few days later and it was beautifully cleaned and any scuffs had gone. Ashley went through all the paperwork and arranged to transfer my private plate even sending me comprehensive instructions via email to avoid any confusion. In addition he sorted a comprehensive extended warranty which gave me added peace of mind over the next few years. In 20 years of buying cars I have to say this was the most pleasant and reassuring experience I've ever had. A lovely garage and the car I bought was one I'd not really seen before at that spec and reasonable price. Ashley was a pleasure to do business with and I would certainly recommend Autostrada and Ashley to my friends and family. First class business, superb customer service.

I drove up to Congresbury from Falmouth to view a Volvo V50 2.0d R-Design – great spec with black paint, alloys, two-tone leather, mirrors, etc etc. The sales process was relaxed and unhurried; I was left alone to get familiar with the car before making my mind up. It had been valeted to within an inch of its life and drove, looked and smelled great! I traded in my old Avensis against it, paid for it on the spot and had a very enjoyable drive back to Falmouth. Unfortunately, a few weeks later the car developed a fault which meant it wouldn’t always start; it became quite unreliable. AutoStrada have a workshop on site so it was agreed that I would return it to them for investigation. I was loaned a fairly decent car for a while it was sorted out. The car was returned to me after a fault with the throttle body was rectified and a new battery fitted – no cost to me, no hassle, I felt like the guys at AS really wanted to get it sorted for me. A few weeks later the alternator failed – nothing to do with previous faults, these things happen to all cars from time to time. Once again the fault was rectified by AS under warranty; they handled the whole situation very professionally and to my satisfaction. In summary, AutoStrada sold me a great car that unfortunately developed a couple of faults that were sorted out under warranty. A great team to work with – Steve, Ash and Barry were most helpful. i bought a range rover evoque in april, it is a lovely car, bought this without viewing, but just went with my gut instinct, barry has been a star ⭐️, he had it delivered to my house, there was one fault on the car which was the paint work had been corroded just above passenger rear door and front on top of the windscreen , which barry kindly did say they would rectify as soon as lock down is lifted. i would highly recommend this company if your looking for a good service and vehicle. (i still haven’t received my logbook tho🤗) been well over 6 weeks. but that is no flaw to this company, i am just really anxious to put my private 4d plate on. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me keep up the good work, and hopefully in the future i will have the opportunity to buy another vehicle from autostrada.

From my first call enquiring about the car to Driving off their forecourt I had the pleasure of a happy experience. The support that I received from Ash was superb, every question that I had was effectively answered with correct information, all of my requests to drive, inspect and fiddle with the car were welcomed. BMW E70 X5 3.0D Sport First time I've ever bought a car from a dealer, I always buy privately. However on this occasion I stumbled upon exactly the specification, colour, options for which I would have usually driven across the country to purchase privately right on my doorstep, as I live in near Bristol. The car was exactly as described and the cheapest in the country for the specification/mileage at date of purchase - 18th August 2015, which seemed almost too good to be true! I part exchanged my Mk1 E53 BMW X5 as part of the deal receiving a really good price. I had a couple of minor issues with the Air Conditioning & Soft Close Tailgate Mechanism which were not immediately obvious at the time of purchase. I am pleased to say that Sam, the Sales Manager was extremely obliging and remedied the defects immediately and to my complete satisfaction. This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything, but on this occasion I feel that my experience was so positive that Sam definitely deserves praise. Autostrada, highly recommended ! I had already viewed the same vehicle at another garage and was told I couldn't test drive unless I applied for finance. I found the same model with 30k less miles and a panoramic sunroof for the same price but the vehicle was located at Autostada's Gloucester branch. I rang and asked if there was any chance of it being moved to the other site near my home and they said "No problem, we can have it there tomorrow" !!!! The salesman was polite, friendly and most of all there was absolutely no pressure. I arrived the next morning at the Congresbury site and the vehicle was ready for inspection. I test drove the vehicle without any pressure or salesman sat next to me selling to me all the way and I returned to the garage where I was pleased to purchase the car with a full service, new MOT and two new tyres. 1 week later I collected the vehicle and now 8 weeks later I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to do on this occasion after experiencing fantastic service from Autostrada. Visited the showroom having seen the car we wanted at a very competitive price and arranged a test drive. No pressure at all from Autostrada and we were allowed to take it out unaccompanied which I prefer. The sale went through quickly and without issue. We initially had some concern that there was finance outstanding on the vehicle. After establishing that it was all above board and the finance was with the garage and that we would not be liable for any debt owing, we went ahead with the purchase with no problems. Apparently many garages take out finance against stock to enable them to purchase more stock, we now know that this is quite normal. Sam from Autstrada has been fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. He even delivered the car to us at no extra cost which was an added bonus to us. I have no hesitation recommending them and would certainly buy from Autostrada again should the opportunity arise.

I purchased a very nice Jaguar XF s from the guys a few months ago, we arrived and the car had a small MOT no road fun licence and private plates. The car was in very good condition considering the mileage at 120k, which was a bit scary as I have never purchased a vehicle with more than 80k on. However the guys pulled out all the stops to get the car ready to drive away, we were treated very well and the staff were extremely friendly, could have been I was spending 12k, lol. I recently had the DPF removed as they cost £3k even though the Jag as a re-generation system on it they still fail. Beware BMW, Audi, Jaguar and many other luxury car owners, these filters are not cheap and really need replacing around 80k miles, get them removed and the car remapped makes an enormous difference. So summery: all in all a good job by Autosrada, thanks for the hospitality guys.
