When I called Rob a few weeks after my purchase to ask if his workshop staff might know where a missing wheel-nut key was, he instantly offered to pay a local tyre shop to remove and replace them all if they couldn't be located. Very pleased to recomnend this company - many dealerships, which I'm a bit more used to, could learn a thing or two from BCC Bristol Car Centre in putting their customers first.

I recently purchased a vw scirocco r from BCC and received great service throughout the whole process.
They were able to service the vehicle as well as change the cam belt, water pump and break discs. They also put the car through an MOT when it was not needed to be done for another half a year. The problems found by the MOT were quickly resolved at no extra cost. A lot of car dealerships wouldn't go through as many steps as BCC did to get the car ready for the customer so I am very grateful.
