When I walked through the door George and Karl couldn't have been more welcoming. I collected the car however it developed a fault on my journey home,I contacted the dealership and they did not hesitate in collecting the car and leaving me a courtesy car so I could get to work. It was returned but unfortunately it still had the fault,after a conversation with the owner Ben he personally picked it up and assured myself I wouldn't get the car back until the fault had been dealt with. The car is now running smooth as silk and I can't thank Ben and his team enough. They are a true testament to how a dealership should be and a credit to the industry.

Absolutely class!! Just bought a Ford Ranger from here and I couldn’t recommend them enough!! Ben, the owner picked me up from the train station, ensured my coffee cup was full during my visit, and was efficient during the sales process. The sales team themselves were fab as well by responding to my original enquiry and facilitating my test drive on the day! Customer service was excellent all the way!! Very happy! Highly recommend!!

We found what we hoped would be my ideal car advertised by Benedicts and went to see George. The car was ready for us when we arrived and we headed out for a test drive. Every little thing I asked from history of the car to what did a button do George answered. It was even “I’ll look it up and get back to you”. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We ended up buying and have been delighted. Ben the owner stopped by for a chat as we were getting ready to go and made me feel so comfortable we’d made the right decision - giving us more background to the car and reiterating why it was a good buy. A couple of weeks on and we’re still delighted and would happily return for another purchase when the time comes and recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Reached out on a Saturday evening via the text feature on auto-trader and got an instant reply. Within an hour, they had agreed to open the garage on a Sunday when normally closed. Helped plan my train trip to them and received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The car was ready and cleaned and we were left to view on our own with no pushy sales tactics. Went for a test drive and decided we wanted the car. I purchased a car from this dealership recently and I can’t praise all of the staff more. I financed my vehicle and the process was very fast and sufficient, everything ran smoothly as the staff knew what they were doing and were so lovely and helpful. It only took two hours to test drive the vehicle, have my part exchange vehicle checked out and valued, and to get the finance/warranty/tax etc sorted. Everyone was friendly and couldn’t do enough for me, and beau the dog playing in the dealership was the cherry on the top! Called them about 2pm to view a car I saw from them on auto trader and I managed to come see the car at 4 pm the same day Upon arriving they were friendly and allowed me to view the car at my.own pace with no sales pressure. I was quickly offered tea what was a nice touch. After a quick test drive we continued to sort out paper work where they helped every step of the way. The car has to have a new battery but Benedict's sorted this promptly and I was able to pick up the car the very next day. Overall I would totally recommend if your are in the market for a new car!

Where they store the cars is a large shed so sometimes they need to shuffle cars around bit its no trouble to them. once you have done the deal then your car is presented in immaculate condition. The service and experience I received when dealing with Benedicts recently has been exceptional. Subsequently I have decided I should write a review to share my experiences. Buying a second hand car can be a scary and daunting process, but Benedicts have made it a worry free pleasure and I have no hesitation in recommending them or no doubt that I will be using them again in the future. Karl and Ben (the owner) are both very pleasant to deal with, polite in their manner and well informed with regards to any questions we had. Benedicts have excellent "Covid safe" facilities at their premises and the car was fully sanitised for us before the test drive. It is also worth noting that every single car they have for sale is stored under cover, which is great for the cars and also easier if wanting to view in inclement weather. We did have a couple of minor issues with the car after purchase, but these were rectified without issue by Benedicts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Now i am getting the refund however only from September and Unfortunately ive lost the money for the two months i didn't even own the car . I purchased a VW Tiguan From Benedicts of Bristol , just over two Weeks ago. From a first class more than help full Man Named Karl. He did absolute back flips to make sure i was happy. I did purchase at the same time a RAC 2 yr warranty & a 1 yr basic recovery. I have phoned the Rac 5 times in just over 2 weeks & i still have no paper work from them. I keep being told all sorts of reasons why the paperwork hasn't arrived. This is nothing more than diabolical customer service. I will NEVER join the RAC again.
