I recently purchased a Bentayga from this dealership , I spent some time trying to find the right car and to get a decent trade in price for my old car , luckily I found the exact car I was after in the Bristol dealership, I had a very convivial conversation with the salesman Mitch and then their finance director Daniel , both were great to deal with , no hard press or gimmicks just two honest guys trying to get a good deal for all , following my initial telephone conversations I organised a visit to Bristol , I flew down from Glasgow , Mitch picked me up at the airport in a very nice new Mulsanne , he took me to the showroom , gave me all the data I needed on the car and the deal , I had a test drive and done the deal , a week later I met Mitch halfway from Bristol to Glasgow , we swapped the cars over and went out merry way , the deal could not have been easier , I’ve dealt with a few Bentley/Porsche /Aston dealerships over the years and I must say these guys particularly Mitch are top of the tree , I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them if you’re in the market for a Bentley , so much so that I would go out of my way to deal with them in the future , if I ever want out of the Bentayga !

James Rees provided the best customer service and most detailed knowledge of any dealership that I have ever bought a car from, which included a lot of virtual handholding as I was buying a preowned Bentley for the first time and was doing it remotely. The car was delivered in immaculate condition, and James then took the time to give me a really detailed run-through of the vehicle and all of its features. I have had cause to become cynical about the job description 'Brand Ambassador' over the years. James exemplifies what the role should be.

My first experience this week with Bentley Bristol service department was outstanding. From booking my GTC in for a diagnosis to completion of the job was painless. Jamie the technician who came out in the car with me was knowledgeable and friendly, Vince the Service advisor kept me informed of progress at every stage, Claire from the showroom kept me refreshed and help set up the Bentley app, and Jason the service manager introduced himself and even delivered my car back on a Saturday. This is what quality service is all about.

Bentley Bristol is a dealership like no other, I’ve always hated going to buy cars even though it should be such an exciting moment.
However the experience and service at this dealership is like no other. A special mention has to be made to David. His communication with my broker was excellent, his attention to detail and knowledge is unparalleled. Enjoyed viewing the cars, the tour of the facility and just overall great experience.

Well this is the third Bentley dealer that I have visited over the past few months and I have to say that everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I went in and was very impressed with the layout and when offered a simple thing like a coffee it felt special with the floating cups and iPad coffee menu that sent your request to the machine. This is the way that all Bentley dealers should be modelled on, Particular thanks goes to David Harries who helped when I was looking around the cars, he said he was not long with the brand but you can tell he was meant to be there as he had a great passion for the brand which shone through. Having recently bought my Bentley GTC from Rybrook Bristol... from walking in the door on the first occasion, (in a tee short & shorts!) to taking delivery from the “handover” bay!
I have to say that the entire team, from girls on reception, the sales person (Mark), that dealt with me from start to finish were excellent.
Finally the service support team, (Jason the manager & Vince the supervisor) have shown nothing but enthusiasm, kindness & a willing to help me, ensure that my Bentley reached and stayed at the perfection level I hoped & expected.

"James Rees a True Gent" we bought 2 Bentleys in the past 11 years from James whilst he was at Bentley Cardiff, as you can appreciate spending a huge amount of money on a car is a daunting but exciting experience, we were so happy with James approach he is not overbearing, he's very professional & friendly at the same time. James personally took my wife & myself to the Bentley factory in Crewe, when we bought my wifes latest Pink Bentley to see it being made to her spec, it was amazing we were taken around by Jonathan who was lovely, we even met a man called Terry & watched him stitch her steering wheel it was a surreal experience. I visited Bentley Bristol today with my grandson, the staff were brilliant they gave us a great tour and showed us some of the most amazing cars you can wish for, they were so welcoming. This review is in relation to the Service Department at Rybrook. In August 2019, I purchased a 2008 GT Continental "Speed" from a dealer (NOT Bentley). It needed work - nothing overly serious - but I wanted to bring the vehicle up to the best standard it could be, with everything working as it should (for an 11 year old, 40,000 mile marque). The car came with an after-market non Bentley warranty. Like many warranty/insurance companies, they would not consider covering any costs until such time as they were satisfied that any faults and/or repairs were due to parts on the vehicle having 'failed', and not just being broken or the result of regular or accepted wear and tear. To this end, the Service Department had to go through no small amount of red tape, making reports and taking photographs of the failed parts, before the warranty company would agree to paying for some of the repairs. I can only say that the Service Department persevered over many days of back-and-forth in an endeavour to obtain the best possible result on my behalf - a task I would not wish on anyone when dealing with a warranty/insurance company! Kudos to Rybrook Bentley's Service Department...

The journey from child adult takes on many forms but one thing remains a constant on that journey are the dreams that weave in and out of our minds. These stepping stones to life enable us to get through times when challenges are considerable and lay down delicious anticipation that just makes our lives that much sweeter knowing they are there, just out of reach but ever present and teasing us to reach higher. Bentley was built for such dreams and for this one individual became a symbol of the pinnacle of something to aspire to in the lofty annals of motoring history. Fast forward to his 60th year and those lofty ambitions of experiencing the exalted details that only Bentley can deliver were fulfilled last weekend when Rybrook Bentley of Bristol responded to a simple request to just sit in a Bentley to savour just for a moment the rare privilege of touching the dream that had been his companion for all those years. To touch wood that had taken a master craftsman 3 months to lovingly bring to life was to touch the dream, to smell the unmistakable aroma of a car moulded to perfection, to feel the love that went into every cross stitch on the exquisite steering wheel was astonishingly beautiful. I was for an hour, that young child losing himself to that dream all those years ago and was for me, utterly priceless, regardless of the leather and metal beneath my fingertips. The request to indulge my dream would I fear in any other hands other than Rybrook, have been thrown to the wind or at best been met with disdain and prejudice due to my stature as an every-man who’s aspirations sadly didn’t match Bentley’s normal clientele. However what Rybrook chose to do was to hand me my dream in an atmosphere of smiles, genuine delight and respect in my hour filled with sensory and visual overload. Yasmine and Ellie, the faces of Rybrook could not have been more welcoming to my wife and I and sought to engender the happy weekend of my birthday with wonderful and touching displays of attention in order to make us feel the visit was a pleasure which it was. Mark in the showroom made us feel that the experience should be savoured not rushed and demonstrated immense knowledge on every aspect of all the models looked at, especially with personal experience showing his enduring love of the marque pointing out details in the cars that would have otherwise gone unnoticed to the untrained eye. To compliment the team is Jason whose technical know how seems to belie his age and you cannot help but get swept away by his passionate enthusiasm for the details that make Bentley the brand it is. For this every-man to be afforded the opportunity to have a wish granted like this will forever remain something very special and Bentley is even more etched in my psyche than before as a marque that embraces it roots and stands proud for the beautiful motoring icon they are justifiably seen to be. However the true wonder is that on that weekend, Bentley was showcased in the best possible way through the lens of four of the most generous people it was our pleasure to meet, so thank you Bentley for exceeding my expectations but even more so because of Rybrook Bentley Bristol.
