Absolutely amazing experience, great customer service throughout the process. I bought my car completely online as I live far from Bristol and didn't have the means to travel. They sorted the MOT and some mechanical work that I requested before buying the car. The team was brilliant from start to finish, always available to answer my questions. Great place to buy a car. Communication throughout the sale was amazing, Louis and Cat phoned and messaged to let me know of any progress or when the car unfortunately failed MOT they organised a quick but professional repair, new mot and service. I was able to do my tax in the office with Amy. The condition of the car was immaculate and they even repaired cosmetic damage. You would not think the car is its age. I was even able to transfer my deposit for a 6months warranty and 12 months breakdown cover. They made the purchasing of a new car quick, simple and professional.

I bought a second-hand imported Toyota car from car-connect on August 5 this year. Unfortunately, it has been less than a month. The dashboard shows that there is a problem with the hybrid system. After inspection by car-connect, it is confirmed that the hybrid battery has expired and needs to be replaced. The line agreed to take care of all the costs, including the battery and the labor to replace the battery, although it took some time to order a new battery, it was replaced in the end, for which I am very satisfied with the after-sales service of car-connect, and the employee Zoe, who knows my English is not good, and still explain and respond patiently, just want to say thank you.

Excellent helpful service I bought a secondhand Ford Galaxy from Car Connect in Bristol. When a problem was discovered with the vehicle which pre dated delivery, Car Connect arranged car hire for me whilst they tried to remedy the problem . Unfortunately the issue was still present when it was returned to me, so they agreed to exchange the vehicle for an almost identical one, at no cost to me, even though more than six months had passed. On each occasion they even arranged free collection and delivery to Essex. . I dealt with Zoe who was incredibly understanding and efficient. Very easy to ask questions about the car over what's app and arrange a viewing long distance. Zoe and Isabella were so lovely and helpful over the phone and in person. Unfortunately there were 2 big issues with the car, one we found out on the forecourt and one I found out a couple of days after driving it home. Although they were issues that were very inconvenient and frustrating (no working Bluetooth and dead battery), they offered straight away to cover the costs of the work that needed doing. Sometimes a struggle to get an answer from them in the what's app, which felt like the most direct and easiest way to get in touch for me, but if you need an urgent answer back that day, I'd just give them a call instead. Overall, the car buying experience could of been a lot more stressful and expensive with another garage, but they paid for the issues so I'm happy. Great car and lovely staff.

I got forwarded to car connect for my mobility needs as the car I had wasn't sufficient. I was put in touch with a lady called Jade that had the most PERFECT car for me at a price I could afford. She walked me through it all step by step as she understood my physical issues and PTSD which ment I was extremely anxious. The car I wanted needed repairs which they did for me before I brought my new wheels home. She kept me updated every step of the way and held my hand through it all (theoretically due to covid safety) I honestly can't fault Jade at all, she let me view 3 of their cars on a day where I could travel there and made the whole process extremely relaxed and comfortable for me. I'd say if you have any anxiety about buying a car, or physical needs Jade is the perfect person to talk to. She spoke to me on a personal level in a way I could understand, no rubbish sales pitches and jargon. Thankyou Jade so much for all your support and Car Connect for making this process possible for me to have a car that I can finally use and fits my mobility needs perfectly!!
