Bought a 6 berth bailey Pegasus in July. Was very impressed with James who showed us around the van. He showed us how everything worked etc and gave us lots of good advise on a number of caravan related information. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend our friends or family to go there. I’m usually one to shy away from any sort of dealer, (car or caravan) but we decided we’d rather get one that we knew had had all the checks done, and no damp issues etc, as that would have been picked up by them. It came with a full service also, and even new tyre, so it was with confidence that we decided to go for it. We went away fir a small holiday and was very pleased indeed.

Picked up my new caravan on the 29 February and after a three hour drive a had a fault with my car electrics. Two staff including the owner spent over an hour helping sort the problem so we could travel back to plymouth. Very good hand over very thorough. Thanks very much Simon Woodall

Bought a 2018 elddis from this dealer. First purchase from them and on inspection of the van they were helpful and polite. Sales person Mel was friendly and informative, made us a brew. On collection the chap that performed thw handover was superb. Took me round the van, very in-depth handover nothing was a problem...again very welcoming and made us feel nothing but welcomed. Have been looking for a touring caravan for a while and decided to try Chipping Sodbury Caravans. One of the salesmen called Rob gave us all the advice we needed and even demonstrated a few things on the 2 vans we were interested in then left us alone to have a good look at the vans.(no pressure from him whatsoever). We called back the next day and again Rob came over to answer any questions we had about the caravan we decided on. Took us into the office and made us both a cuppa before completing the paperwork. All in all,a really pleasurable experience from Chipping Sodbury and many thanks to Rob for looking after us. If we change vans in years to come,will definitly return here again

Great family run Caravan and Motorhome dealer. Knowledgeable staff who have all the time to spend with you. Unusually, they prevent you from spending money on things you don't need. Good honest advice is hard to come to by in this day and age when everyone wants to make money off you. Just good old fashioned advice based on years of experience caravanning and motorhoming. Refreshingly straightforward. Looking forward to getting my caravan now!!

Chipping Sodbury caravans is a Bailey dealership based just outside of Chipping on the A. It has a wide range of the current line up of Bailey caravans and motor caravans. It also stocks a few older models presumably trade-in models. There is a customer car park and a sales office. The staff are friendly and willing to help or, if you wish, they allow you to browse the models at your leisure. The sales staff aren't high pressure freaks but are happy to let you look around.
