I had a great experience buying a car from Nick. He was brilliant from start to finish, from negotiating me a great price for my car to the hand over on the day. He made sure the car looked brilliant at pick up and nothing was too much trouble. Lots to recommend-he deserves the 5 stars!

We arrived to have a look at Renault Captur's to replace our trusted one that we had had for 6 years. Nick was extremely helpful, guiding us to the exact type of car we wanted. At no time was he 'overbearing' (something we had found whilst looking at cars in other garages). He let us test drive the car on our own, and get a good feel of the car. We left without purchasing it immediately, but at no time was he pushy as we left. After doing our sums we contacted Nick about purchasing the car. At all times he was thoroughly professional and took us through the procedure very well. We asked for a couple of extra things, all of which were provided with no trouble at all. Dealt with Izzy for the whole process. She was fantastic at answering the millions of questions I had (I don't change cars all that often so it was a big deal for me!) The service I had from the sales team there was brilliant..helpful and trustworthy. Not pushy at all. (Unlike the other local Dacia dealer who would sell his own grandmother for a sale.) My car had been in for a service a couple of times as I had purchased a service plan, but oddly enough the issue, though intermittent seemed to appear from time to time. It appears a health check would have recognised the issue and cleared the error. Makes me wonder what actually happened in the services which is why I have taken a star off. Regardless I cannot fault the service I received. Chloe was forthright and transparent in the information provided and what could or could not be provided. I was very happy when I got the car back and the issue cleared. As I am upgrading my car I am sure I will be provided with the same great service going forward.
