Had my T6.1 Beach lowered on Raceline’s RACELINE - BILSTEIN EVO B14 KOMFORT COILOVER KIT LOWERED 60MM FRONT & 40MM REAR. Zaff was so knowledgable, helpful and patient with me. It took his team less than 3 hours to do the install and I was able to work from their showroom whilst I waited. The ride and handling has been transformed: so much less roll and a sporty feel like a Mini Cooper S, but still lots of comfort, and it looks great! Thanks to Zaff and the team!

Short story - brilliant service, great products, fantastic quality and made an already pleasant T5 Kombi just about perfect. ******************************************************* Long story - never wanted to own a van and ended up buying a T5 LWB Kombi to transport my wheel chair racing son to and from training and competitions ... about 25,000 miles a year. So, found an already great spec T5 at about a year old - LWB Kombi 180 DSG with loads of extras - and loved it. It wasn't long before the novelty started to wear off a bit and I craved some of the comforts of my car (VW Touareg R Line with just about every factory extra available including air suspension) ... which drives like its on glass. I wanted my van to be like driving my car - basically a very tall order. First stop the seats. The van came with relatively comfortable fabric covered factory seats. I wanted leather. I looked at the VW OEM option - dull and average quality. Kicked around on eBay and found nothing there to inspire me. I then came across the Customvanz website. Content rich, great visually and clearly looked like a business that new its product and market. The options around leather were endless. Loads of different designs, the ability to mix colours and textures - it got me. So one Saturday I found myself chatting to Zaff ... and the next I was 120 miles down the road in Chippenham wanting to see the product for myself. Stunning. So I left having paid my deposit, went back a few weeks later to have my seats swapped for loaners - the original seats were sent away for the leather to be fitted - and a couple of weeks after that back to collect my seats. All on time and as promised. So, quality is way better than the £3+K that I paid for upgraded leather in the Touareg. They look incredible and transformed the inside of the van ... better still, the leather makes the seats slightly firmer and even more comfortable. And so it began. Once you have seen a row of Raceline vans, it is hard to ever look at a stock Transporter and not see what it should be. When I picked up my seats, I almost turned around twice on the way back to the M4 to head back for lowered springs, body work and wheels. I wish that I had. A year down the line, the van now has: - Leather seats looking as good as the day they were new 20K miles later - 30mm Lowered suspension - handling and ride now great - not air, but hey, not £6k either! and most recently ... - Extreme Sound Deadening - Kenwood SatNav - (my choice, and I should have listened to Zaff!) - Speaker upgrade - Hertz Mille Pros sound amazing - 20" Satin Black GTS Wheels The last lot fitted on a drive through appointment in 5 hours - brilliant! And the van now drives very much like my car. At motorway speeds no more loud conversation - it is so quiet. Around town, it is my car! I was worried about lowered suspension and big wheels - no need, better than standard with 17" and better still than 17" and lowered. Handling is brilliant. I cannot imagine what it must be like with coilovers. Service has always been excellent. This is a private business and not a soulless main dealer, so sometimes the phone doesn't answer 3rd ring, but when it does you get real attention and great advice. Bottom line, I am a pretty critical customer and, some might say, hard work. When I prevaricated, there was no loss of patience, interest or pressure. Just genuine interest in finding out what I wanted, offering options and, ultimately, delivering when I was ready to buy. There are some one line reviews on here that just don't fit with my experience. Zaff has my number - anyone wanting to call me for a personal reference is very welcome. In summary, if you want your van to look and drive like YOU want your van to look and drive, they will make it happen. Same must go for their stock vehicles. I know what I paid for my van and what I have spent on it since. The off the shelf, drive away options look great value. End result - well look at the pictures. Trust these people, they know what they are doing and serve you well.

Excellent service. Happy new seatbelts in my VW T5. Hubby spoke with Zaff on the phone . Organised a date to drop van in. 2 hour drive for us to drop the van off in Bristol. Zaff was super helpful and even fixed the seatbelts in the back for a small added cost. Couldn’t recommend enough and a big thank you to Zaff

I had Customvanz lower my T6 50mm with Eibach springs. Excellent work and great service from Zaff. Nice place to spend a couple of hours whilst the work is carried out. Result was it exceeded my expectations. I thought the road noise would be greater as the springs are a bit firmer but it is not. It handles much better and the steering much more direct. So much easier for a passenger with damaged knees to get in and out. I have yet to test loading a motorcycle in the back but the ramp is much less steep so it looks like that it will also be easy. Highly recommend

Just had sports line leather seats added to my van, all carried out by Zaff and his team at custom vans; wow, what a job, and the service was fantastic from start to finish! I recommend this friendly company to anyone serious about upgrading or customising their van/car!!

CustomVanz have just upgraded my VW T5 seat and from my first encounter with Zaff the service has been excellent, Zaff is very helpful and knowledgeable he helped me with the release of my bench seat and then took the time to show me the seat covers they do and explained the process from order to fitting. The website is excellent as you can see what your seats will look like after choosing the design and colour even down to the stitching. The whole process went smoothly I was kept informed when they were ready to fit and although I had to change original date nothing was too much trouble. On the day of fitting the guys at the workshop were professional they soon had the seats out and a spare driver seat fitted so I didn't have to sit around in the workshop, once the Seats were ready they rang me and quickly refitted the seats with new seat belts. If you want very good quality leather seat covers fitted by professional people CustomVanz is the place to go, I'm very very happy with the service and quality of the covers thank you to everyone

Bought alloy wheels here. Very friendly helpful service. While I was there asked about there leather trimming service. Taken to another unit and shown around so I could get a better idea about quality and style. Nothing was to much trouble. Definitely going back here again. Highly recommend this company.

Came in at beginning of month with husband to have lowering, a front splitter added, spoiler and some GTS wheels and we were both so impressed by the drive through service! The guys are all so hard working and got everything done while we waited in a good amount of time, a coffee van even came at lunchtime which was great! These guys are the business !!! I have been watching their website for a while, having read some of the reviews online I was a little cautious but after speaking to them on the phone was completely put at ease, No pressure selling and offered loads of advice on options available for my T6 Kombi, they also sent me a detailed quote within a few hours with an invite to come down to see the showroom to further discuss the conversions on my van. Their showroom what can I say is Transporter Heaven, never seen so many stunning vans in one place, really really friendly bunch of guys and nothing was too much trouble. Booked in my van for quite a bit of work on the outside and their lining package and speakers on the inside, which they completed on time within 2 weeks, When I collected my Transporter I was blown away by the transformation, which was way beyond my expectations and quality of the work was exceptional. They even put some extra usb chargers in my lining package when I called the day before collection, having 2 children this has proven to be a welcome blessing from potential arguments over charging phones. If you've got kids you'll understand. Thank you so much guys if I could give you 10 stars I would, looking forward to coming back for phase 2 soon.. Stephen

I first used these guys when I bought my ordinary looking 204 T6 DSG a year ago. They lowered it, put new wheels on it, added some tasteful coloured strips, front and rear spoilers and did the Caravelle centre console conversion. Best of all was the new leather seats! All colours and finishes designed by me, using their template for the panels and all prepped in advance of me arriving so it was just a simple seat swap. That said - I gave the wrong info about one of my seats and got an upgrade because that’s how they operate. All while I waited for about four hours and exactly as promised. Last month they fitted the sound deadening pack, with a gorgeous faux alcantera roof and gorgeous LED spots and ceiling mounted USB chargers in the roof for passengers. On top of this, they showed me the results of a speaker upgrade and added a further USB charger in the driver’s cab to avoid having to trail leads across the dash. Wonder what this stuff would look like on your pride and joy? Just go there and they’ll show you. They have a vast stock of VWs having all kinds of customising done ready to be sold as their Raceline models. Unbelievably beautiful range of styles and options way beyond what I’ve described above. And do go to the new showroom. It’s incredible. Zach and Jansen are the perfect hosts and will spend as much time as you need showing, explaining and costing your various options. It should probably be rebranded VW World - I’d spend a week there next summer. Nothing but good experiences with these guys and my T6 is a much better vehicle and more pleasant place to be, thanks to them. Absolute legends!
