Bought a brand new MG ZS from this dealership. Great car for starters especially given the low price tag! I was supported by Dan Blewett who was excellent the whole way through. Really responsive and kept me up to date on when the new car was going to arrive. Handover day was very helpful, full run through of everything and checked in the day after to ensure I was happy. Excellent sales approach, relaxed and no pressure. Highly recommend Dan at Bristol North. Great 1 hour test drive. Delivery was fairly long but they told me that straight away. Car is as good as the sales. Brilliant drive in the MG5 and with range to go with it Only downside is service as to get their service deal it has to go back to Drive rather than any other MG dealer as I live 40 miles away not ideal. MG should sort an across dealer service plan.

When we first entered the MG showroom we were met by a very helpful, easy going and friendly Dan Lammiman who didn't give us the hard sale nonsense I would have immediately been put off by but instead was just genuine and honest. He showed us the car that we were interested in and he was very knowledgeable about it, but honestly it sold itself. The MG HS exclusive is an amazing car which is unbelievable at its price point. We are very happy with it so far. Although we had to wait 6 months for it due to manufacturing supply issues, Dan kept us up to date and pulled what strings he could to speed things up. Overall our experience has been a successful and relaxed one. We would highly recommend.

Myself and my partner cam in after speak with Dan L on the phone. We wanted to talk through the MG range and get a feel for the cars. He saw us the very same day. Dan made us feel comfortable immediately, there were no sales pitches etc just talked the important bits and then straight onto looking at cars! I purchased an MG ZS EV from Dan at Drive MG. I have to say it is the best experience I have ever had of purchasing a new car. Dan did everything he could to answer my questions and do what he could to get me a very fair deal. I'm not local to the Bristol area and came accross the deaslership on a car buying seach site. Picked up my new MG 5 Long Range on Tuesday. I have been dealing with this dealership off an on for thirty years and my recent experiences have been fantastic and possibly the best. The staff I have met have all been really helpful and I found that the general attitude is very positive, a tribute to the general manager I suspect. Not all Drive dealerships are like this in my experience. They are not perfect but then nobody is! The car is really great and is even better than the demonstrator I drove in early Octotober. Plus it arrived a month earlier than predicted. Great service from a really busy dealership. Dan B, and Chris L were particularily helpful and KIm was great helping me to sort out some issues I had with online finance systems. Great Team!

Leighton went above and beyond to get me a car ordered as soon as possible during a pandemic. Communication was great from the start and the car is beautiful. 4 stars rather than 5 only because initially the car was due in mid June but then got delayed until beginning of august. This was out of Leighton’s control and I was grateful still of the communications especially keeping in contact whilst on his annual leave albeit I was gutted. Sign over was quick and easy and the pre made video of the cars basic information is great to watch before collecting the vehicle including how to open bonet, fuel cap, child safety lock, air bags, central locking ect… the and great to have as a reminder in case you forget. Thanks Leighton for all your help I can finally take my children and the wheelchair on a day trip!
