M. S.I thoroughly recommend Family Cars. Bought a 2006 BMW 3 series coupe from them. Good experience viewing the car and going through the purchase process. Honest and not pushy at all. They were also very fair and helpful when i had a problem with the car (common fault of this model and they couldn't have seen it coming) Many miles later i am still very pleased with it. Appreciate it and would certainly come back for another one.

G.Recently purched a VW golf gtd with family cars, great service when I purchased the car honest, wasn't pressured and gave a great price, after a few days the cruise control became faulty which is a common problem on this model but it was sorted out quickly by family cars taking it to a VW specialist and getting the problem solved with no issue, really great service highly recommended.

A small issue occurred on the original day of delivery and I was contacted immediately, given the option of having it rectified before delivery and an approx timescale.... The work was done speedily and car delivered at the earliest possible time and the friendly, approachable manner of the staff is second to non. Will definitely buy from family cars Bristol again and highly recommend.

The first car I purchased developed an issue after a few months, it turned out to be a problem with the battery. The car was still under warranty but this didn't cover the battery, however, when I collected the car, family cars didn't charge me for the new battery or fitting it. Fantastic service.
c. j. (.Purchased a great little Mazda mx5, car is excellent. Would warn customers to check they have everything before paying though. Advert stated that car came with service history and two sets of keys. After paying They said there were never 2 set of keys and the advert was wrong but they would look for them and get back to us. Never heard anything from them, I certainly wouldn't have paid full price had I known I wasn't getting everything stated.

C. I.Bought our daughter her first car from this garage(Baby blue fiat 500) about 6 months ago. Excellent service from start to finish and a really good price which was fair. They even ,as promised posted us a small button cover that was missing on the dash board. No problems with the car so far. Would highly recommend-Joe
