Absolute pleasure to deal with Danny and his colleagues today! I managed to select a car on seats website and Danny responded to my web enquiry . We dealt over the phone and email as living in Coventry meant it was a tad too far to just pop in! Today I visited and drove away in my new car! Mega happy with the car! Good welcoming premises; all staff welcoming and friendly. Salesman had excellent positive attitude without appearing pushy. Kept fully up-to-date whilst waiting for car to be made and delivered. Timescale was kept to.
Sales Manager took the trouble to say thank you when I collected the car and has kept his promise of good service.
Service department extremely helpful when there may have been a problem with the car (false alarm). Sense of a happy team.
During test drive we were able to take the car on various surfaces to check comfort. No sales patter at all during the drive.

Have to say, what a great first experience of using Blade Skoda Bristol. The car was booked in for it's first service, from the moment I arrived, was booked in by a lovely lady called Leah, who explained everything to me and cost etc, coffee was provided whilst I waited, managed to do some work as the wifi was very fast. The after sales team at Seat/Skoda are fantastic! When you first walk into the door you are greated by a welcoming receptionist who offers tea and coffee. Abi on service was brilliant as it was my first time at a local dealer and she really put me at ease. I can tell the job the after sales advisor do is not easy but they do a dam good job at it!
The price is worth the customer service you receive, and a complimentary car wash is included. I will be recommending to friends, see you 10,000 miles :)

Bought a year old car from here and was given all the information I needed about the car, sent a video and kept up to date with whether it was sold or not.
Arranged a test drive and was greeted straight away and was never pressured into making any decisions. Very friendly sales and service team, car was immaculately cleaned before pickup.
Had an issue with the Sat Nav and a tyre a few days later, took it straight back and they got the sat bag working and replaced the tyre. Gave me a full tank of fuel as an apology too, very happy!

The call to book a service was perfect.
When dropping my car off I was created by Jane who immediately took me to meet the person dealing with my enquiry and once the basic paper work has been done I was then taken to the customer refreshment area where free coffee tea cold drinks and biscuits are on offer so I was able to relax use their Wi-Fi and catch up on the news for the morning. Once everything was ready I was then given a courtesy lift to work before being informed later in the day that my car was ready to collect. And when I picked it up it had had a clean inside and out

Booked a "while you wait" service here for my Seat Leon after moving to Bristol recently. I was looked after by a lady I called Jane I believe who was extremely accommodating and looked after me like I was in her home. My review refers only to the parts department.
I have two cars one of which is an 04 Skoda Octavia, as I write this its actually having a mini valet at the back of my work and it comes up shiny as a penny every time, also the fuel economy is amazing I will buy another one if this one gives up the ghost.
The engine, transmission & body are all going strong but some itty bitty parts have stopped working, I guess purely due to age. I have had to replace the drivers seat upper which I sourced on ebay but the actual electrical parts I have replaced have come from Blade.
I have purchased a drivers side window switch (pictured), rear wiper motor and wiper arm. I am a DIY person so was very impressed when the parts guy actually printed off the exploded parts view so I could see how it all goes together. So in summery I have spent about £100 and my car is running again at 100%, these niggly little things where really annoying and now there fixed I thoroughly enjoy driving my old Skoda again.
My only criticism would be there is no actual parts desk and you have to stand around aimlessly, not a huge issue as I was asked about 20 times if I needed any help.
The guy on the parts desks gets my thanks and recommendation.

Ricardo provided an unrivalled customer service experience that is hard to find in the often murky world of car sales. After traveling to a Seat Dealer in Cardiff to view a Ibiza Xcellence and a Leon to ultimately weigh up options of the type of car I wanted, I then decided to next visit a dealership closer to home.
After finding an cheaper offer on used Leon with less mileage than what I was offer elsewhere. Ricardo was non-pushy, clear, instantly putting me at ease whilst offering a smooth and seamless transition by taking the time to explain proceedings in a clear manner. He was quick to answer any questions posed, providing clarity to avoid any confusion that was apparent. His professionalism and touch facilitated the whole process when making such a large purchase. The kind of confidence you need to be instilled with. With the added bonus of being fairly local this was ideal.
In addition to the service I receive, Ricardo was efficient both in the sale and collection of my new car. After receiving my car I was surprised to have nearly a full tank of petrol which was more than generous - a rarity these days in the current market. He also just sent tonight a courtesy call and follow up video after the sale on any questions or doubts I have, this is a great to see this kind of service. They seems like they care about their customers.
As such, I would highly recommend Seat Heritage above any other Seat dealer for price on used vehicles and customer service if you're looking for new Seat.

I have now taken my car to Heritage Bristol about four times for various servicing and repair/replacement work, and they been fantastic every time.
I decided to leave a review after my experience this weekend. On Friday afternoon I discovered that my car's fuel flap had failed in the locked position, leaving me with no way to fill up and very little left in the tank. It's hard to find somewhere to work on a car at short notice over a weekend, but after explaining the situation over the phone, a very helpful guy at Heritage (very sorry that I can't remember his name!) went to talk to the servicing department, managed to squeeze me in for a Saturday booking, and made sure that the replacement part would be available. Once I brought my car in, Lauren was really helpful, including dealing with a 3rd party warranty provider for payment. An all round great experience, which seems to be the standard at Heritage Bristol based on my previous visits. Thank you very much to Lauren, the service department, and the unknown phone person.
Abigale was also fantastic in handling servicing on my previous visits, although it looks like she may have left now, so I'm late with crediting her. I'm super impressed with the site in any case!
