My mother organised her Motability car here. Since the first time we went in, I've been impressed. To cover the only complaint I can make first, when calling them to get info, such as finding out what coolant to use, didn't receive much help, though they tried. Apart from that: the dealership is very well organised, and well kept, the chap who helped organise the car was very helpful and accomodating to my mother, the lady on reception is a gem, and the rest of the staff are very professional, polite and friendly, and cannot rate them highly enough. Would well recommend them. An exemplary dealership.

This is my first experience buying a car from a dealership and it could not have been better! Even though we just turned up without an appointment we were immediately seen by Keaton, who despite having only been there for 5 days was absolutely incredible! His manner was so friendly and professional, he listened to what I was after and found me the perfect car that I could immediately take out for a test drive and loved straight away. At no point did I feel pressured, the whole team was so friendly and welcoming, communication was perfect, and it was a very positive experience. I can't recommend them enough!

staff it's unprofessional and when they say will call you back, well they don't the worst one was when they offered to wash my car after being serviced and they used some strong chemicals wich caused damage to the car chrome's.. ofcourse when i asked how this happened they said they don't use chemicals just an advise! don't let them clean your car

I'd lost my locking wheel nut key which I only found out when trying to get a show puncture repaired. Heritage Skoda Bristol not only managed to see me the same day but also got me a replacement key at the same time. Total lifesavers!

Thank you to Skoda for an excellent car shopping experience. From enquiry to driving off the forecourt today we were looked after by the friendly and incredibly helpful Kabir. I visited the showroom as I’m interested in possibly buying a new Skoda car. Parking is very limited and it’s on a busy road and I ended up parking my car on the pavement. The place is large and inside spacious and modern I was unlucky enough to get an inexperienced salesman, But luckily a supervisor came and took over my query and I left happy with the service Update I decided to obtain my new lease hire car from this dealer everything went very smoothly and I’m very satisfied with the service

We did not have an appointment but were greeted by Kabir who made us feel welcome and very safe in the present climate. He was courteous and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable and helpful and made it very easy for us to make a decision on our purchase. Happened to phone as we were searching for a Kodiaq and our local dealers were non to helpful. From the moment Kabir started helping us we felt like valued customers. I had a wonderful experience at Blade with Kabir, he was genuine, honest and an overall amazing person. I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle from them due to my current position with a pre existing car, which I was horrified to find out I was on a seriously bad deal. Even after it was established I wasn't able to get a car from them. Kabir went out of his way to help me find out what I needed to do to help myself out of the deal which is above and beyond what you would normally get from any person in a car dealership period. This for me has sailed my furtre car dealership I will only be dealing with them and hopefully Kabir will still be there by the time it comes to change an absolute 100% credit to the company it is impossible to give 11/10 but if I could Kabir is truly deserving of it.

Whilst I would rate this a 1 for the sales department- I did purchase a Skoda (from Worthing as they would answer the phone and assist) and this week took my car for its first service- thank goodness for Lauren- she was brilliant- friendly / helpful/ accommodating! Penny and I last bought a car 10 years ago and we needed help navigating our way around a newer model. We were excited to find a nearly new Skoda Fabia at Heritage Bristol and we couldn't have received better service. Kabir was patience itself in explaining how everything worked and sent us helpful videos to reinforce this. Nothing was too much trouble and we hope he's recovered from moving our old car for us out of a tight parking space, given how much of it was held together by duck tape! Took my 05 Skoda Octavia in for MOT and Service and on both occasions car was given comprehensive diagnostic and repairs completed. Was kept informed every step by Abigail superb customer service even when car had to be brought back for minor trouble shooting no issue was to too much and would recommend this garage. Just purchased a Fabia for my wife’s surprise 50th birthday and Kabir went above and beyond the service I was expecting by delivering the Fabia on the morning of her birthday and collecting her px vehicle, taking all of the stress and hassle out of it. Generally good service once you are in through the door. Getting them to answer the phone or reply to email can be a struggle though!

Great cars and efficient and friendly people. Car parking on site is a bit tight though and often busy (so watch for parked cars suddenly moving).
