Excellent service yesterday. I arrived slightly late for my van's service, but they still managed to carry out the whole thing and get me back on the road by 11.30am which was fantastic - meant I could get several jobs done before the end of the day. All staff and technicians v helpful. The van is noticeably quieter and smoother.

Their sales staff were brilliant when I bought my van, and their after sales team servicing etc are just as good years later. Importantly they can take my VW California Ocean T6 (over 3 tonnes gross weight) on the ramp for MOTs.

Beccy Higgins in the Service Department was absolutely amazing. She kept me up to date and informed whilst our van was with them. Nothing was too much trouble and she even made sure the recall that I had forgotten about was done at the same time. Why cant all VW Van Centers have a Beccy?! Thank you

Routine service carried out on my camper. Staff were personable I was kept informed throughout and the camper was given back to me having been thoroughly washed and cleaned inside. All in all a very good experience.

I was able to buy a new motor through Mitch, he set everything up, made the whole process as easy as possible. Great customer service! Nothing was ever too much hassle which is what you want to see. Last week I purchased a new VW Transporter van, I had to wait a few weeks due to the problems of last years lockdown, but it was all worth it. Really pleased with the service and updates I received from the sales department S.Gladwin and L. Rodriguez.

I would give 5 stars for the sales team and 1 star for the service department. We've bought 6 VW's from Heritage (mainly from John who is brilliant) and had all six serviced at Mon Motors Chippenham who were excellent. This was an ideal arrangement. Mon sadly went bust so recently tried Heritage service again. Shocking. I think we may transfer allegance to another make.

Strange mix of good professional service and total disorganized chaos at this branch. I've taken my van here several times. I've had warranty issues resolved without a hitch and always turned around quickly with good communication. Other times I've had valet servicemen shout aggressively at me for parking where the service rep told me to. The parking situation drastically needs addressing as it has happened on more than one occasion. There are not enough spaces for when things get busy. On the whole good but definitely room for improvement.

This place has improved greatly since my last visit some years ago. There were able to book me in for warranty work within a day or two and completed the work while I waited. Everyone I met was helpful and knowledgeable. I had to take it back for a small problem to be corrected and they had me in and out in under an hour. Gone are the days of leaving your van with them all day. A total transformation.

I purchased a vehicle in November last year, I requested a customer feed back form as I misplaced the one sent by yourselves, called several times, no one responded to my phone call requests. I was served by Troy, excellent service, just wondered why a reputable company would ignore passing messages to the right person.
