Took my work van in to have some recall work done and to see if a few minor faults could be checked out before the five-year warranty expired at the end of the month. They were able to get me booked in within a matter of days and offered a courtesy vehicle if I wanted it.
On the Big Day, I was met and greeted by name in the car park and ushered into an empty space. I thought I was down the road at Bentley! Utterly superb and professional from start to finish. Friendly, normal and personable people who were genuinely interested and happy to help. It's no secret that Lexus lead the way in aftersales - from my experience today they deliver the same outstanding service to scruffy plumbers in five year-old vans.

Had my service and MOT at the recently relocated Marshall Toyota Cribbs Causeway today. Was greeted immediately at the car park and directed to the reception. The new place was spacious and airy, with plenty of seats in the waiting area. Brenda, the lady whom I saw every year was still there for a friendly welcome. Had the usual complementary coffee. In addition, a lady named Grace gave me an adorable Issho mascot toy for free when I enquired about it (usually only comes with purchase of a new car), which was a lovely surprise! It was a waiting appointment and took just over four hours, as it was a full service. I was kept informed by Brenda when the service was finished before they moved onto the MOT. Luckily I passed the MOT and I was sent a short health check video at the end. On the whole it was a great experience, this was my car's 10th year's service with Toyota. Thank you Brenda, Grace, and the rest of the team!

I had my 2 year service done today at the new Toyota Cribs Causeway, and I have to say it was an excellent service experience. I received early email and text to remind me and on the day message offering a key drop box which I didn't need on this occasion. Greeted when parking I was directed to reception to check in. All paperwork was prepared ready and I was assigned a contact 'Antoine' and a service engineer 'Kane'. Within just over two hours later my Aygo was ready to collect. The kind team had valeted my little pride and joy and with all my printed paperwork presented in a neat little folder I'm ready to go. Rewind a year when I first purchased the car I took out a three year service plan which having now used it for the first time I would say it is an excellent scheme. Just over a month ago I was shopping for a new car, something I find a challenge and not greatly enjoyable. I guess I am not your typical car buyer. Toyota Marshall was my first dealer in my experience. Things didn't go too well to start with my minimal shopping list seemed to confuse and throw the first salesman off balance. However, after his intervention I only have praise a member of the team Mark Bradley (,Transaction Manager) his patience and understanding and clear explanations of options available to me and for going way beyond the extra mile to help me meet my desire and needs from a new Yaris. Its fair to say that Mark saved the 'sale' and clearly demonstrates what is needed to turn a very shaky initial experience into positive one . I would also like to praise both Chloe Bull and James Olds for their help in re-balancing what had been, at times a patchy and frustrating experience. I am thoroughly enjoying the new car and hadn't realised what Id been missing after driving cars upwards of ten years old.

Brilliant service, after doing my research online I had approached Chris about part-ex in a day. There had been no pressure applied by garage with quality time to view and test drive the car and the waiting time at the garage had been most welcoming. We had a wonderful experience today shopping for a used Toyota. We were greeted by Ella as we came through the door. She immediately made us feel totally relaxed and valued as potential customers. She was especially kind and friendly to our two children.
Ella quickly arranged for us to speak to Ben, one of the sales team. Ben was courteous, knowledgeable and not in the slightest bit pushy. We had a nice chat when I took a car for a test drive. Ben answered all my questions and pointed out various aspects of the vehicle's equipment.

Dropping the car off for the annual service was like getting blood from a stone. I found out that there was a complimentary pick up and drop off service after having to drive to them and get a lift back to my house which was very inconvenient.
Later that day I had to get a lift back to the service centre and there was a member of staff rolling cigarettes on the front desk. The full service was £290 and it was essentially a quick look over and oil change. The experience definitely did not make me feel like it was good value for money.

Recently purchased a Second hand Verso 1.6, 15 registered plate from this dealership. Ben was our sales executive, and the service he gave us was second to none, very knowledgable and easy to get along with. The expertise of the sales persons in this dealership fills one with confidence. Especially in my case, as an older buyer I was worried about being snowed with technical language and a hard sales pitch, but my sales person was kind, gentle and he listened to want I wanted from my car before suggesting the possibilities. A good place to buy a car. I've bought three from here. Good service too and good compliance to guarantees. Service improved a lot after a change of management quite a while back now. The car park can be a bit tight at peak times but I've always managed to find a space.

I am a female driver and I own a Toyota Celia, when I went to a local tyre depot they said I needed a wheel locking key which I didn’t have, however when I asked if they could check if it was locked they said they charged to look at it and if it wasn’t wheel locked it would fail the MOT. Dubious about their advice I decided to telephone my local Toyota in North Bristol. I spoke to Sandra Bartnett in the parts department and explained my problem. She was so helpful, reassuring and knowledgeable about what I needed. Sandra said for me to pop up and she would look at my car ( at no charge!) and advise me. I am so happy to report that after photographing my locking wheel nut, she efficiently ordered one for me. I paid and after a few days Sandra contacted me to inform me the part had arrived, so I came to collect it. I am writing this review because I was so impressed with the professionalism and great customer service that Sandra provided for me, I highly recommend using this Toyota branch in North Bristol and Sandra is a asset to the business, I hope Toyota read this review and pass on my comments and thanks as Sandra deserves the recognition for outstanding customer service!

I booked my daughters Aygo in for investigation regarding an intermittent fault regarding its starting. Toyota had the car for the day but suggested that they keep it over night just to make sure that it was fine starting from cold. Whilst the car was with them they carried out a number of tasks & upgrades. Myself and my husband stopped at this Toyota garage not to buy a car but to ask for directions to the hospital. We live in Birmingham and my husband is under going treatment for cancer, we had no idea of where we were and how to get to the hospital. If asked, I'd probably say I buy Toyota because of their reliability and my Yaris is the latest in a line stretching back 33 years. Imagine the surprise, disappointment and a level of exasperation that drained all the strength from my hands when, six months out of my five years warranty, the sat-nav and media console developed serious problems.
I arranged to take the vehicle in where the ever-lovely Brenda listened to the description of the faults and took me to the workshops to meet Neil Chappell. She assured me that if it could be repaired then Neil was the man to do it.
When I picked up my car everything was back to normal. Neil had traced the failures to an out of date software package and to get me back on the road had had to upgrade my unit.
Brenda insisted that I'd been inconvenienced enough and gave me a particularly generous discount on the bill which has already been donated to my St Peter's Hospice fund in Neil and Brenda's names.
I'm already well out of warranty and nowhere near as reliable as a Toyota but I'll do my best to get another 33 years with them as you obviously get so much more with Toyota.
