When arranging to view/purchase a mini Matt was brilliant from giving a great price , regular communications throughout to arranging my uplift from the train station and even throwing in a full tank of fuel for my return drive up to Edinburgh. He assisted with arranging V5/Road Tax online whilst doing the paperwork and threw in extras such as mats and a dog guard/boot protector for good measure. I can’t fault the level of customer service I received from Matt. I would definitely recommend him for buying your next vehicle. Mark W

Outstanding customer service! Arranged to have a van delivered to my house for inspection before part exchanging it for my old corsa. Great vehicle and pre-sales service was great, however there were some promises made that were later proven to be false: They claimed to have a full service history and that it would be posted to me after the sale. They also claimed to have ordered the replacement (missing) towing eye cover and that it would be posted to me the following day. Finally they promised that the V5C logbook would be entered online and be with me in a few weeks. Six weeks later, having chased three times, none of the above had arrived and I felt I had to get a little snooty on the phone to get something done. The V5 turned up three days later but I have now been told that there is no service history available and that the towing eye cover will be ordered and be with me soon. Love the van but would caution buyers to be aware of buying only what they can see and to avoid trusting promises . UPDATE: Two weeks have passed since the response below promising to chase up the service history and missing part. I have received no further contact from Matt Lock since the response below and have now ordered the missing towing eye cover myself. I assume that the service history is permanently lost.

Only too pleased to be leaving a review here after just returning home with a van for recreational use as opposed to work use. On arrival I was greeted by Dave, to be shown an accurately described vehicle presented as an honest representation of the online ad. Relaxed no pressure environment where really the presentation of the vehicle does the work to sell itself instead of a salesman. Kind, courteous and helpful with clear effective communication.
